@laress92 Ip Boost. You can buy it for RP, lasts about 10 games or so, although i think there are different sizes. Also, you may be able to get it from random LoL events such as servers being shut down or glitchy, they may reward you with RP or an Ip boost, i know i stopped playing for 6 months came back with a free 10 game IP boost.

another example: they counter pick orianna with (hmm idk veigar?) you will probably lose the lane and "veigar" outfarms you
