Chanel has always been a favorite of mine since childhood. My grandmother saved years of hard earned money to take a trip to Paris just to buy at least ONE item from the Chanel store she visited and came back with this beautiful hair clip and ring. She always smelled of Chanel No.05 and I even have a tattoo of the Chanel logo on a black widow replacing the hourglass a widow usually has in memory of her. I hope this shows others that a designers line in fashion is more than odd expensive items.

leigh lezark sounds like shes a heavy smoker, a very heavy smoker neways this was a great show the runway probably made it hard to see the clothes properly but i really liked it esp when they come out at the end

I think Karl Lagerfeld is so unispired when he's doing the Chanel collections. This one is obviously a pastiche of Coco's style and life, hence the Catholic School-ish vibe about it (so in the face, not a lot of interpretation, nothing). Bo-o-ring. Unlike Karl's personal collections under his own label ...

Always annoys me when they comment on such-and-such celebrity having such a good style, when they have clothes delivered free to their door and stylists to do create the looks. If one really wants to look at GOOD fashionistas, take to the streets! Particularily cities like Paris, Milan, London, NY. That's where the designers get their inspiration in the first place.

chanel runways are my favorite. they go way past models just walking down a runway i remember there was even a chanel show that had a merry go round. the clothes are always timeless, too

I absolutely adore Karls clothes. I think he took Chanel to an ENTIRELY different level. He made these clothes available to any age group of women, Their so wearable but yet delicate pieces of art. Incredible Karl.
