Is there ever NOT a temple guard in the Tomb of the Headless Kings? And yeah, Gator was awesome. One of the better performances in the Shrine of the Silver Monkey.
That artifact is made out of cardboard, you can see the texture of it being ripped from a cardboard packaging box, double layer with the third wavy layer in between; why did that make that so obvious?
@TheCooltrix It wasn't like that at all. He briefly hugged her, and they celebrated together, but he still was out of breath. So, No, Gator was saying, "I may have gotten it out of the temple, but we did it together and won together."
@JCB0994 I wouldn't be surprised if some Legends contestants later played Big Brother. In fact, I'm convinced that Annie from The Ruby Earring of bin-Zibab is the same Annie from Big Brother 12.
If Amanda busted through the wall to the quicksand bog to avoid the temple spirit in the dark forest and the door to the kings storeroom was locked from the ancient warriors, they definitely would win. If Gator went to the kings storeroom to avoid the temple spirit in the dark forest, then it still could be a close finish.
@Garensonic They changed that in season three where the temple guard wouldve gotten her any way. Busting through the wall wouldn'tve made a difference.
@JCB0994 It really depends on what tree caught her. If the temple spirit is residing in the tree near the wall (which is normally where it resides), then they may catch her busting through the wall. If it is the tree on the stage right, they could avoid it. In this episode, the spirit was the tree near the wall. If there is a temple spirit in the dark forest, do the producers decide what tree the spirit is resigning in?
@Garensonic Actually it didn't matter because if she climbed up the ladder from the Quicksand Bog to the Shrine of the Silver Monkey, she'd be taken from the temple from there. However, I'm sure they STILL could've won.
Kirk mistakenly thought he was going to the kings storeroom before the sacred markers, meaning they would not have won. But the door to the kings storeroom did not open after the task in the room of the ancient warriors.
amanda had a clear mind of what's she doing and made a nice move!!! when she was taken out of the temple, it's gator that blazed through the temple!!! oh my gosh, look at the lightning speed!!! my gosh, so fast, like zachary, shem, kevin!! wwow, he really stuns me, the audience, kirk and also amanda, his partner!! gator rocks!!
Yeah, that was it. If the boy had followed her path, it probably would have taken him through the Chamber of the Sacred Markers, where his other half of his pendent was. As the camera pans to follow him up to the King's Store room, you can see it above the left symbols. If I were the second player in the temple run, and only a half pendent, I would be looking in the rooms while my partner was in their part of the run. As it seems like it was easier to find. being in the pit, or the chamber areas
I loved this show, the temple guards used to scare the shit out of me, I remember an episode from season one where one scared the kid out of the tomb of the ancient kings, now the dark forest.
@jomar500 there is one temple run I would like to see again, mostly because of how strange it was. I'm not sure of the season it was in, but I'm pretty sure that it was NOT season one. the team only had one and a half pendents, when the first player went in, the pit was so uneven and bumpy he or she accidentally threw his pendent and lost it, but went on, the first main room had a temple guard and he was taken out, the other player found the full one, but if I remember right, they still lost.
@mrroboto5785 You're probably referring to THIS season, because it happened 2 or 3 times in Temple Runs. And I think I know which team you're talking about.
You must be referring to a Silver Snake team. The girl went in first and was caught in the Tomb of the Headless Kings. Then the boy found her Pendant, traded it to the Temple Guard in The Room of the Ancient Warriors, and finally got caught in the Secret Password room after assembling the Silver Monkey in the Shrine, thus ending that Temple Run.

@Garensonic in this layout, you won't reach the king's storeroom from the jester's court...in fact, you can't even go up from the jester's court

Had he been forced to go up into the kings storeroom before the sacred markers they would have not made it out of the temple in time.

@mrroboto5785 He was intentionally DQ. The temple run ended in any case. He only had a Half Pendant. The legend was Henry VIII's Great Seal.
jomar500 1 year ago
@jomar500 how was he disqualified? I watched the temple run and nothing was wrong, I thought unless it happened in the temple games.
mrroboto5785 1 year ago
@mrroboto5785 I don't think he was. Other users said that. I know the Temple Run ended because of the Half Pendant he had.
