Foley has always been in a league of his own when it came to promos.They were more than just non stop catch phrases and innuendo gay jokes that we get from guys like The Rock and John Cena..When Mick spoke you listened and you believed every word that came out of his mouth because he put his heart and soul into it

The only one I can think of that might equal it would be January 4, 1999, when WCW countered Mick Foley's first WWF title victory with the worst bait-and-switch in wrestling history. Two major nails in the WCW coffin.
