@Dr0sik  If you're going after the goats individually, that might be your problem. Try making big arcs behind them, going all the way across the field each time, like a herding dog would. When I do that I can get an average time of 30 seconds.

Just a heads up for anyone out there who is having trouble herding the goats. You need to talk to the farmer before he goes into the barn. If you talk to him after he goes into the barn, you'll have to exit the scene, reenter, and start again. Hopefully someone else doesn't waste an hour of their day doing what I did.
