If you watch enough of the episodes, you will notice that there tends to be a lot of political/cultural references amidst all the crazyness. If you have no idea what is happening in the news (pop culturally or politically), you won't get half the stuff they throw at you. Sure it is crude and filthy (and let's not forget HILARIOUS), but usually they are pretty dead on about the points they are trying to make.
