Back in the day when I was young .... My memories recall Friday nights when the neighborhood kids would run around and play bolichi while our parents sat in there fold out chairs and sang these songs till the early hours of the morning !.. Thank you for these wonderul memories ! Proud to be an American no matter what color !

Love their music,Husband was Hispanic, and i fell in love with Hispanic music.I have a cassette of Sunny and the Sunliners, and i still play it.That tells you how long ago that has been, lol.Have a lot of other artists too from way back.Tony Dela Rosa, Flora Silvestra, Antonio Aguilar, etc. and more recent,Selena, tons more music.Music is what brings people together, it is the glue that keeps us together.
What a firme rola I remember the first time I heard it at a party my bro and I were DJing in ELA somebody brought us the LP and asked us to play USTED I wish I could have danced it but I was the DJ
@raul9797 Yes, you are right.i see that you know your music really well.I have music that my husband(Hispanic) recorded .He died in 1992, but his love of music remains with me and our kids. The kid up front, (Apt house), recorded Mexican music for me, on cd.Had to get modernized, lol. The stuff i could tell you,as a white girl growing up,prejudices was terrible, disgusting. If we all looked the same, it would be boring.Have a great day!!!!!
Although many great artists sang their randitions of this song, no-bands randitions was played in weddings more than this one. Thank You for posting this great song please keep it up.
