  • sounds sick, what kind of mufflers/headers/cams?

  • Great looking car!

I am restoring a 1970 383 4 speed vitamin Roadrunner. Can you please tell me what size wheels and tires that are on your car? Thanks.

  • @299YFT 235/15 -stock but I have 245`s on my challenger and i like them better. Also if your planning a big brake set up you need to have at least 16-17 inch rim for disk caliper to fit.

  • sweet

  • It illegal to put porn on youtube dude ^^

  • That car is so HOT its unbelieveable! What more can a man want out of life??

  • wow...orgasm!

  • ohh my shifinchoffer!!!

  • even the horn sounds like the damn cartoon

  • B5 is the best color for that car!!

  • Coolest car around! Have been watching this movie for allot of times now! ;)

  • FIX THE IDLE, TOO MUCH FUEL WASHING GOING ON

  • Is the road runner car Rare ?

  • @MegaAwsomeStudios yup...especially #s matching

  • @MegaAwsomeStudios not the road runner, but the Plymouth GTX, basically the same car only that the GTX is the luxury version of a Road Runner, they made about 330 of them. with the hemi 426 the beast tops out at little over 500horses if you go to the dyno, Plymouth says they only give about 425

  • this is what i hav just as far as my dad has told me its a 69 w/ the426 and in lime green

  • Yep. That was the exact car I wanted to buy in 1970. Metallic blue, black vinyl top and, of course a 426 hemi. I just couldn't afford the $3800 at the time!

  • My cousins now x husband bought one of those new but I remember a wing on the back. Same color and that scoop that came up on the hood. He'd drive me to school and blast through the gears with that pistol grip shifter and I can still remember the scream of the engine. I was 12 and wanted one. Oh well most of todays cars are beyond boring.

  • wow-lopy cam! Sounds wicked!

  • You really shouldn't have such a low idle for this motor. It's bad for it.

  • That's the same paint scheme I had on mine. Ah, memories...

  • HAHAHAHA you picked a supra really????

  • You sir have a beautiful car there.

  • B5 blue and an air grabber... beautiful B body

  • front of 70 and tail of 69 would be a perfect roadrunner for me :)

  • Nice car, but turn up the idle a bit.

  • I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS CAR !!!

  • When on Youtube, it is customary to smoke the tires for the benefit of all of us.

  • Enough bullshit, make it scream and light the tires up!

  • The 1970 roadrunner is by faaarrrr the nicest musclecar ever made, id be the owner of one but i had to choose between that or a toyota supra, i bought the supra for now, but i will own a 1970 roadrunner at some point in my life!

  • Sounds HEALTHY! :)

  • fantastic car, love it, but please put the camcorder on a tripod next time. thanks.

  • FOR WHAT THIS CAR,S WORTH ,YOU KEEP IT A STORAGE GARAGE?

  • Why do they make that breaking down sound? What causes that sound?

  • @NorkiddExo You meen the spark knock? the spark knock is when the engine fires on its own like a diesel does, so the spark plug doesnt even fire the cylinder. Thats like in movies and tv shows when you hear it that bad. Thats bad for the engine if it does that. Thats why its makes the knocking sound that sounds like a diesel because its fireing like one. hope that helps.

  • detroit got that one right

  • Is that the stock cam? It sounds great.

  • 70 is my favorite year for the RoadRunner and she looks even meaner with that air grabber. I had a shot to snatch a 440 70 roadrunner off some lady who didnt know what she had. she was about to sell it to the scrapyard then I came along. then her damn boyfriend found out and quadrupled the price on it and screwed me out of potentally the best deal of my life.

Last I heard it was sitting on blocks in their shed still for sale. no one will touch it with the price it has on it for its condition

  • orgasmic

  • That is a nice car and rather rare with the N96 option. I use to own a '70 with a non-factory 440 and it would do the 150 mph and it had the N96 option air grabber and power steering. That was it as far as options! Of course the car had an open rear with 2.76 gears. I sold the car for $5000 ten years ago to pay my first year of college (what a waste) lol. I now own an even rarer '72 Road Runner with a factory U code 440 and GTX option with front and rear sway bars. Has a few options such

  • very very very very nice!

  • It's a beauty!

  • I AM going to own one of these. I don't care what I have to do or how long I have to save up and wait... I'm getting one some time in my life.

  • @DerkaDog Just trick eyebztrippin into becoming ur friend, and after like a month make him tell u his home adress, kill him, steal the car and burn his remains, so no evidence is left

  • Very nice! Nothing like a 426 Hemi in B5 Blue. The horn is hard case. What are they worth now? I imagine it's not for sale?

  • that sounds positively vicious. I love it.

  • Awesome piece of machinery.

  • solid lifters

  • this video is a automatic cargasm!!! listen to that beast!

  • I love this car my brother has one just like it

  • oh man! where did you get the horn? ???

  • unbelievable great design!!! and a horn like a beetle!

  • I WANT ONE!!!

  • I love it!!!!!

  • Yeah that idle is very original, just like it was when it rolled out of the factory, lol

  • hehey look its Earl's Roadrunner

  • yup it belongs to the mopar KING..and yea this is my favorite one 2

  • oh yes i know this car and i know who's it is this is only one of many cars he has and they are all like this one everything in them is pretty much factory stock this one is my favorite by far.

  • I love this! I had a 70' RR with a 383 Mopar and an "Air Grabber". I loved that car and sure wish I had it today!

  • @ majordave the scoop is spring loaded and works on engine vacuum. Known by mopar enthusiasts as the "Air Grabber" option.... reminds me of my dads old 71 gtx when i was a kid. 440 six pack car with the air grabber on it

  • yellow, and its on my top mopar list

    -charger

    -challenger

    -roadrunner

    -gtx

    .

    .

    .

. I could go on in on

  • how does the hood scoop lift up ?

  • the horn goes perfect with the car lol

  • He needs big wheeles on the back then it will be a crazy car

  • it iss the stock horn ;)

    ROadrunner 4-life

  • That can't be a stock horn.

  • ONE BAD BIRD!!!

    GOD I LOVE THESE CARS

  • Listening to that promising idle, expecting the lion to roar.... and boom right in your face you get that squeechy horn which sounds like it's been taken right out of one of those hilarious "Ducks" (2CV) from France...*lmao*

  • one of the greatest injustices in the world is that i will never be able to afford to own one of these......i am reduced to watching vids like this with my tounge hanging out :-)

  • could u go any slower grandma

  • i just had a heart attack! lol. My friend has two of these cars and is rebuilding a third. AWESOME AMERICAN MUSCLE!!!!!!!!!!

  • dat airgrabber is so fuckin' cool man

  • I have a 1969 road runner 383 pistol grip im currently restoreing, looking for a new front hood, mine just has too many dings in it and i have way to much mud on it.

  • I could quite happily watch a whole hour of this.

  • i waste so much time a day doing it lol... if i spent as much time watching these vids as i did working on my car i would be much happier lol

  • "Beep Beep !" Beautiful !

  • This is a beast!

  • oooo. gimmie a honk. screw that i have a 70 hemi runner to.get on it a little geeeessssss

  • A monster

  • DAMN

  • Can you donate your car tp the poor and needy so I can blow dust in the face of wiggers in rice burners?

  • my dad had a 69 with a 440 magnum ,4 speed, bone stock,it was a wild monster,he paid 400 dollars for it back in 1979,it was beautiful, hes been kickn his self in the ass now, that car is worth 50000 dollars now

  • gods car fell from the sky

  • This one is beautiful

  • put your foot in it,,beautiful car,,,show what ya got

  • nice car .....Dual 4 bbls? and it sounds like a 4 spd if im not mistaken

  • Woops....that should be "car" not "can". .. I should read more carefully before I post!!

  • What a rare gem. When the economy picks up again that can would easily go for $300,000 at the right auction.

  • love the horn !!!!!! : D : D : D

  • sweet .. id give ya $12 for it !

  • holy shit thats a hemi that is worth a shit load... id kill for that car

  • aviatorairman2000 What hemi car did you sell for 32k?

Is this car for sale I know somone looking?

  • no its not and the car is worth a lot more than 32k. (keep in mind this is an matching numbers hemi with all original parts/sheetmetal)this vehicle can pretty much buy a house. you can get a project road runner for about 10k-15 if your lucky but definatly not with a hemi. just a regular road runner. if your looking to buy now the time while the economy is messed up

  • @EYEBZTRIPPIN is that B5 Blue?

  • @EYEBZTRIPPIN AGREED, I found a hi-perf 383 4spd project car several years back, got it with a dated correct but non-matching 440 with six pack, came with some factory options, different steering wheel than in this video, everything else was the same, air grabber hood on...im the second owner (first owner bought in 1971 and sold the original engine. i got it for a steal in this economy for $9500 with engine running - it needs TLC and first owner kept in a barn since 1980.

  • @FromYoursTruly ain'ts they

  • gotta love the meep meep.

gonna rant about my age group here. my friends and pretty much the rest of my generation love the "tuners" and all that shit. to be honest i used to like them, but this is so much better... really.

if only the stupids that i deal with would understand

  • wut is that color called?

  • B3 Ice Blue Metallic.

  • how do you not know its b5 kause i cant tell the difference

  • I don't know for sure if it is B5 Blue but, that was a factory color option in 1970. I'm not sure what other blue colors were offered so I don't know what you may be comparing it to.

  • well there was b5 and b3 blue mopar .....its hard to tell on this video

  • Agreed. I cannot tell which factory color is on this car but, in all honesty, I don't care. It is absolutely beautiful. I would seriously consider giving up my left nut to own it.

  • Any chance EYEZBZTRIPPIN would take my left nut in exchange for this car? I have exceptionally large nuts. Nothing abnormal, just sayin'. LOL

  • im a mopar fan and im 99 percent sure that is B5 Blue.

  • good luck getting more then 35k for it. i took a loss on mine and only got 32k. it was a numbers matching hemi auto. was for sale for over a year.

  • im jealous......

  • ZOOM the camera OUT bro

  • I would blow huge money on this car if I could.

  • myk myk :) great keep making that kind of cars.. eco cars are good, but booooooring :)

  • As a person I respect told me in the past,

"Ya just cant beat that American V8". Sounds awesome, and I'm sure it runs just as good!

  • hey i have the same exact car, but with american racing torque rims 17'' in front and 19'' in rear. And it's a darker blue with black decals

  • holy shit...i'm glad i had a box of kleenex handy...

  • Love the horn

  • @56BUICKRiviera we hadded thy horned bitches they is adorned withches

  • nice color

    nice car, better than beer.

  • wow man that is my dream car !!!!!!!

super nice and sounds amazing .

    cooool !!!!

  • WOOOOOOOOOOOWW! All i can say is what a gorgeous car you have.

  • I had a 69 RR, the only thing about them is the steering gets loose when the get older. The steering gear boxes were adjustable but after adjusting all the way in they still were loose. Had a Barracuda that did the same thing.

  • YEAH...i know what you mean thats how my 70 challenger is like thing doesnt want to stay on the road realy wobily cant drive vars like that with 1 hand need both or it will get away from you

  • I went to a junkyard and got another steering box thinking it was good and that one was f' ed up too. That was back in the mid to late 70s right out of high school when I was Po' and couldn't afford a brand one. Damn I should have kept that car.

  • The horn sounds just like the roadrunner! HAHAHA love it!

  • @matrox .. .So that's the whine?? Who cares, parts wear with age .... replace it dork!

  • I thought you were watching tricycle videos on Youtube.

  • @matrox ... you funny man. How's that comedy carrer going?? LOL

  • @matrox CAREER

  • The road runner is the best plymouth muscle car to come off the assembly line. The only thing about the one I own is that the dumb previous owner got drunk and rolled the car 13 times so the car had to be restored over a period of 4 years, now I am busy hunting down the hemi from the junk yard, they pulled it out but it's no where to be seen. ( Disregard that, ironically the guys just called and said they found the hemi!)

  • not only plymouths besat in my opinion best of ALL time

  • super nice car,man...can't beat Mopar B-bodies

  • sounds like you got a huge cam in it

  • When you honk the horn, do you have to hit it once or twice to get the two beeps????

  • it works like a regular horn...one hit, one beep...two hits, two beeps etc.

  • Sounds great and looks great!!

  • that car is beautiful and the sound of it is just amazing.

  • Running Rough cause of the Cam i bet.

  • running rough haha thats what my buddys dad said about my 70 challenger

  • hey nice ride iam only 16 with my roadrunner. check it out and tell me what you think

  • There should have been made ''new'' commercial videos about these cars, muscle cars e.t.c in classic way, but with some modern nich like much better sound, as an example :)

  • Dude- you are one lucky bastard to have that car. a 70 rr with a hemi and its a 4 gear. All i have to say is- keep it man. Keep it. Very nice car by the way.

  • man that idle is so rough it sounds lyk its gonna stall

  • yea belive me though it wont 1 its stick 2 it was cold and 3 it has a custom cam built just for this car so it matches the cfm all the way down to the axel ratio. but yea i kinda like it sounding like that sounds more mean at least to me

  • i agree!!! it sounds as nice as the charger from blade!

  • B5 Beaut.

  • God i love the friggin ENGINE! LOVE THAT FREAKIN SOUND!!

  • beep beep

  • this is one of the niceest hemi's i seen yah a lil low on the idle but it sounds kewl like that

  • Music to my ears!

Mabye you should set the idol a little higher, but it's your car...

  • i love roadrunners and this is one of the best i've seen

  • bvery nice roadrunner i hope to have one of those one day.

    426 hemi sounds really good.

  • beautiful car. sounds amazing

  • No replacement for displacement

  • Turbocharger w/antilag
