The shoppi (wich are the people from Sofia region)has uniqe folklore traditions in singig and dansig. Theit dances are fast, rythmic and very hard for making - needs a lot of energy =)

Yes needs a lot of energy!!This is the main!And shoppi are people which have a lot of energy and power!And they have healthy and strong roots.
