my mother went out with a fella, he was into rock n roll, he gave me the cd for next, i gave it a listen, i was in love, my girlfriend was into pop, she heard alex harvey n fell in love, my mates [as well as i] love bass, and all types of electronic music.. soon as we heard this we all agree that nothing will ever match! alex harvey was a god that will never forget

greatest live act ever.isw sahb 6 times in the 70s and also led zep,bowie.the stones and bob dylan,but nothing was as great as when alex came on stage and said`hello boys and girls` and then launched off the gig with swampsnake,faithhealer etc.then he would amaze u with a version of dancing cheek to cheeek with zal as his partner,the man was pure cabaret.we miss you. RIP alex

Growing up in Cleveland in the 1970's we were lucky enough to have a radio station (WMMS) who loved Alex and introduced all of us Clevelanders to this amazing man! He was such an original talent. He left way too soon. RIP Alex!!
