claro q nos gusta ..mucho ,ya ves que me gustan las intense yo creo que la mia fue en su eopoca de venta de las pocas que se vendio en andalucia y en españa tampoco creo q se vendieran muchas
i sold my m1 about 5 years ago to help pay for school and you never really get over it .. every now and then i wake up at night in a cold sweat wishing i still had my bike haha ... kinda sucks ..
because it is, santa cruz came up with vpp in like 99 and intense has been renting the pattent since like 02, people say the m6 is the better bike because the quality is better and the geo is abit different
nx97 here again, the bottom linkage bolts started to work there way out as the c clips have come off and you have to remove the chain guide and cranks to replace them , these bolts also were not lock tighted in . Who designed this bike, flunky engineers ? Do not buy a m6, you will be disappointed ! I am selling this frame and switching all components to a better thought out frame design and will represent a better company on the podium.
I own one, built up this year , $6,000 + build. 4 rides into it, shoulder bolts came out, factory did not locktight them in, then they wouldnt warrenty them. Intense customer service suggested i zip tie them in. I had to buy replacements from some shop over the internet. I sent an email to Intense voicing my displeasure and they didnt even have the courtesy to respond. Check every linkage bolt before every run or risk a equipment failure.
oh i love the m6 a make testdrive today in Maribor at the world cup track and some others and i just can say thats the best fucking bike i have ever seen realy sombodey no a little bit about the giant downhill bike how it is
the m5 was the original design and they tested it for a while an decided a few things needed tweeking. the revised version of the frame was then called the m6
dude. all you guys are retarded. it's an m5. rick housemann custom welded it for matti lehikoinen just for sea otter. the m6 was too much for that course. and the socom wasn't enough. so rick custom welded him a new bike. and appropriatly called it the m5.
Sweeeeeet!!! VPP suspension design really rocks. I still remember when Outland designed the "Virtual Pivot Point" suspension back in the 90's. The Outland VPP was one sweet bike, it rode like a dream. They were definately way ahead of the times. Ride on!!!
wtf?dis guy must be a manitous fan...manitous rear shox is ok,they work great, but the forks...i cant tell...at least i dare not to use them anymore since ma nixon went wrong...
lolz! Is not the guy a Manitou fan, Intense had the deal to include the brand as part of the build kit. Anyway the Revox is a nice shock, the best Manitou has done really, much better than a DHX or a Roco. Still, you can choose a Double Barrel as an option instead of the Revox if you want, just the best!
yeah sure,i would like to try that...but,ya see,the problem is that it doesnt fit ma reign...on giant reign one 2005,the rear shox is placed in a little cage, any shox with bigback wont fit it...what a pitty...now i am using the spv air 3-way,it came with ma reign...once i got a chance to change the frame,i would also like to try canecreek double barrel...but both of em are hard to get in japan...lol
manitous are sick!! its just they look funny with the bit on the lowers behind the fork instead on the front. otherwise manitou suspension is like the best if rock shox werent there
i have just got ma brand new giant reign x1 2008 last week, fox 36 van r lol it works perfectly,2 active to smallbump, even better than marzocchi z1 rc2 eta 2007 on ma giant reign one!yeah,i got a RS boxxer race on ma giant dh team it was good except the noise of coil spring, and i did consider of using a rockshox pike air,but since i got fox i will never go back to other brand!as for the rear shox dhx3.0,still wanna replace it into a canecreek double barrel one...searching for it on the net now...
if this is the m6 how come there is a 5 onthe frame?
