  • Sadly his voice is fucked up on this vid

  • is that the original guistarist on left (cant see whos on right) seen em in 1990 at hershey,pa he still looks great not so haggard as others 20 years later.

  • @hobiehippo No it's not. Sadly, he was killed in a car accident in '98.

  • wow..his voice took a shit..poor guy, still a cool dude

  • @lifeson241 it hurts too much to watch this, I saw these guys in the 90's and Marc Slaughter was amazing, he should keep writing amazing and beautiful music though

  • lmao! Ribfest...

  • Still as handsome as in the 80s

  • I love you Mark Slaughter!!

  • sounds like he is hitting the High notes

  • Slaughter forever, marck ARE THE SAME , (4) primma donas fucks ashooles, kick your 4 asses, Y al que no le guste slaughter que CHINGUE SU MADRE TAMBIEN.

  • He still looks great.

  • :( aw man!

  • Even though he cant hit the notes anymore, he still sounds better then lady ga ga or justin beiber or ANY rapper.

he still has hair, looks, $, and heart of gold

I listen to this song at least once a week for the last 22 years

  • I speak from a position of experience given all my years of singing. This is a lot harder than it may seem. Your body is the instrument. Time and wear is impossible to overcome. You can't just go down and buy new vocal chords like you can guitar strings. It pisses me off to see you people ragging on Mark. He is trying his best to entertain you and live up to what you all expect. Try encouraging him to sing it differently instead of being dicks. He is still a super talented guy and a good human.

  • @skeptikult hell yea man....these people on here just like to spout off due to who they really "Arent", or more like due to whats lacking on the inside....u hit the nail on the head and im sure you will receive plenty of gibberish-type feedback due to it

  • @skeptikult well said, its not easy to fulfill the range expectation people will put on you when singing songs you sang 25 years prior. I cant stand to see people ragging on another human being for being imperfect. I notice these people posting negative comments have no video uploads of their own to demonstrate the" wisdom" they must have...yet they have many opinions (derogatory). When they get an ounce of talent maybe they should then be allowed to speak

  • @RamoneTalarico Thanks man. Agreed.

  • I'd like to see any of you sound and look the same after 20 years. Stop hating on people, don't like it, turn it off, it's as simple as that. That's what's wrong with the world today, people would rather bitch and hate than move on.

  • he doesnt kick ass anymore lol he sucks but hey its music enjoy it..!!!!

  • so you think you'll look the same 20 years later, he's still kickin ass so enjoy

    it..................

  • Too many ribs at the ribfest I guess.

  • ehh... a tad raspy. oh well. I'm still excited to see these guys Saturday! Slaughter fan 4ever!!!

  • dammm, big difference now and from 20 years ago. Man hes all washed up, give it up mark you suck! You made your money its time to retire.

  • He probably keeps going because musics been his life, he probably lives for it.

  • I don't think hes too bad, I admit, it will never be the same without Tim, but hes allright. I honostly didn't think I'd like them without Tim or Blas, I wish Blas was still with them!!!

  • This is heartbreaking; I know how much Mark used to respect his own voice and now he sounds like he has a throatful of broken glass. This must be very difficult for him and no, not worth the ticket price.

  • i've been a Marc Slaughter fan for many many years. I loved his voice and style from back in the Vinnie Vincent Invasion days as well. Boyz Are Gonna Rock and Twisted are in my Itunes library and i've owned the cassette tape at least twice not to mention sveral Slaughter CD's over the years. He is now just a shell of his former self compared to the five octave beast he once was. I respect what he has done Dante, I just can't respect what he's doing now. not worth the ticket price I would think.

  • Actually, his voice is....well its not that it's bad, it's just not the voice these songs were meant for. The ruggidness in his voice now gives it a kind of Metallica meets Journey type of sound. It's not Mark Slaughter but it's still rock n roll....And for the record i do think they should've retired afterr Tim Kelly was killed in the accident.

  • @drummerdante95 Well, i disagree about the Tim Kelly thing...but, everything else you said I'm tripping over myself trying to agree with you. Good Post all in all.

  • Respond to this video...Marc Slaughter doesn't have it anymore...just like Joe Elliot doesn't have it anymore either...(Def Leppard) for those who don't know..

  • @waxman1969 i disagree, he sounds like the singer from cinderella..and i just watched a def leppard vid from january.. Joe elliot sounds fine. Of course he's gonna sound different, he's in his 50's. the fact that he still sounds good is a miracle. Respect that at least.

  • Slaughter will never soud as good without Tim Kelly. R.I.P.

  • Horrible, it makes me sad to hear hair band singers still trying to sing this stuff after they have abused their voices. Sounds like he needs to rest that thing for a while...
