i was operated in january 2011,after that, absurdly, seems my fingers continue to trigger....but after four months approx now is returning normal!evidently he needs time to healing completly, now all is fine :)
I had my surgery 10 days ago ,had the bandages removed 3 days after, then the stitches removed yesterday . Its still slightly swollen but the movement is coming back hopefully in 3-4 weeks i will be back playing guitar again hooray !!!!!!
To those people who wonder why there is no bleeding at the start of and during the surgery, a rubber bandage is applied to the arm before the surgery begins, in order to exsanguinate, i.e. squeeze the blood out of the arm, and then an inflatable tourniquet is applied. This makes it easier for the surgeon to see clearly what he is doing. The surgeon explains towards the end of the operation about the tourniquet.
.........if u cut carefully it wont bleed and we really have blue blood not red.THE REASON WE SEE RED BLOOD IS BECAUSE WHEN WE HAVE CUTS OXYGEN FROM THE BLOOD EXCAPES AND THEN IT TURNS RED, WHY DO PEOPLE THINK WE HAVE RED WHEN ITS BLUE ITS ONLY RED WHEN OXYGEN FROM THE BLOOD ESCAPES

Thank you for a nice video and the explanation. Very helpful. May need to get mine done if Steroid injections don't complete the job.

why doesn't it bleed when it's being cut ?
Spike1x4 1 year ago
@Spike1x4 : They use a tourniquet to decrease blood flow to the limb they are operating on.
