@Kandgoods Well I have an anxiety disorder and a few other phobias, were i worry about everything, and i also have sleeping issues, i forget a lot as well, like if i go into a room to get something,if i look at something else for just a second i forget what i went in the room for. sometimes when i cant sleep and my boyfriend can it makes me really angry that he's sleep and i'm not. @Kandgoods (continued-) anxious, so I never slept the first few nights and then I found that I just couldn't sleep more than a couple hours ever and this continued up until 16. I guess I somehow heavily associate anxiety with sleepless nights and have somehow become used to this pattern.
My tumblr was boring as shit. I just mindlessly repost pictures I liked or though were pretty. :P I mainly just lurk and read what people I follow say and junk. I'll follow yours, I'm atomikcircus (dumb name) on there. So if you see me, I won't be a creeper lurking your page.

I have self diagnosed myself as having GAD and chronic depression. I need to get that checked out tbh. I feel you on the therapist, I've been to a few in the past and most were terrible. Me and you both, tumblr is annoying. I have one but didn't get into it.

@Kandgoods I'm still surviving. I need to make some Youtube videos. It's been a few years since I gotten my webcam. It's pretty shitty now. I should get a camera and just use that instead. Lots of things happened. I moved to Seattle, lived there for a year, then moved back at home (longer story). Planning on finishing school in NYC hopefully by 2013 to get a BA in International Relations. Still working on that. Lots of stuff.
Hello, I understand, you'll be all right. practical adjustments in life-style can help one over-come a depressed mood. Physical exercise, eating wholesome food. getting fresh air and sufficient rest, and avoiding excessive TV watching are all important. Do vigorous walking in an open and safe area, and when you come home you will be tired and ready to sleep. Read the Bible, 2 Timothy 3:1-5 and Luke 12:6,7.
There really is a much deeper reason as to why you're not sleeping. Ask yourself what happened B4 the age of ten (or at that age) which triggered of this radical and pathological change of character.

@malarki5 Hey thanks for commenting! You know I dnt think I've had bipolar since 10, only insomnia-I'm not even sure I have bipolar. I think it's natural for everyone to have ups and downs, ppl are too fast to diagnose normal human emotion- but sometimes mine gets overwhelmingly intense, which leads me to think it is a mental health issue and if it's any, it's defo gonna be bipolar. When I was 10, I came back from LA the day before starting secondary school. I was jet lagged and

@malarki5- I think my mood swings are more gradual than someone with BPD. I definitely don't have that, I'm way too considerate of others :)
