Please set a value for a nickname prompt and then sell the point of the ajax code as a hole

1) Instaed of creating a button. Directly create the Form window with the style, then select Visibility to true.

Dude, the OS is obviously Windows. And the Mac style is, as stated on this vid. a CCS (a skin style).
