  • and what do you do afterwards? you just clean that oil with a cleanser or simply water?

  • The steps are similar to Tanaka's one. But thanks for showing this for us.

  • quit trying to stop the aging process. you're gonna die.

  • @kilolodon LOL dont say that,s he isnt going to soon, unless.... nvm lets not think about that

  • thanks for the upload. This was very relaxing~

  • the music reminds me of spirited away.

  • Everything is just so right, I have been successfully practicing your Part 1 and now thanks for part 2 love from Venezuela

  • omg your face is so healthy young and beautiful! I looked at your channel and i saw that you're older than me, however you have a much better skin and you look like you have no wrinkles! btw as far as i know age means nothing in aging. It's all about hormones and DNA. I'm almost 20 and i think i have some lines between my eyebrows, is this normal and what do you think i should do to prevent wrinkles? Thank you in advance : )

  • @rocktothebone91 Drink water (no more than 2litres a day - anymore is not recommended by doctors as you can flood the salt out of the body) take oils (fish, omega or evening primrose) to keep hydration of oils or lipids up high. Your body needs a good water/lipid balance. Sort out any body intolerance (this dries out the body). Most importantly use sunscreen of no less than SPF15 each day (yes even in winter). Try not to wear excessive make up. Using THE PILL for more than 5yrs can dry skin out.

  • @ManButterMmm Thanks a lot! : )

  • @ManButterMmm is coconut oil good for acne-prone skin? I want to massage my face with it but am afraid it will clog my pores. I have the virgin coconut oil (pure)?

  • @BurnKilluminati No I don't think so in your case. Like me you have oily skin. Coconut oil is rarely liquid at room temperature, and often needs softened and melted. Which means if you use it and you don't rinse properly it will clog pores, I think jojoba and sweet almond oils are better for us.

I do recommend Muji Cleansing Oil. It's either in sensitive or normal. I use normal. It's great for massaging. Then rinsing of as it emulsifies with water. You can then cleanse after if you need it. :)

  • this one's cool. :)

  • the girl on the magazine.. she was my high school classmate.... the world is tiny//////

  • @Nhu0425 sweet almond oil is generally considered a good for skin with moisturising & restorative properties. the only concern you should have is if your skin will break out from using it. i would massage at night, and do a test run where you blot the excess when your finished and leave it over night. if that makes you break out, next time cleanse your face after massaging or tone it to remove all the oil. if it still makes you break out, find a cream that is oil free. hope that helps : )

  • @TheVenerated Olive oil's molecules are too big for the skin and set off the more sensitive in us. Sweet almond oil is not suitable for some people. Jojoba oil, and coconut oil are good. Some people can tolerate peanut oil, others have allergies. Even breaking open a oil supplement capsule like vitamin E can be put on the face for massage. You can also massage with cleansing balms like EVE LOM balm or Lush's Ultrabland.

  • @ManButterMmm thanks for the info. i did say almond oil is 'generally' good though, not always. vitamin E oil - i dont know about cream - is actually counter productive to healing when applied topically and i dont advise it. personal experience involved and discussion with doctor involved in research of scar tissue. i dont like olive oil, i sort of feel like it creates a film - maybe because the molecule is big and prevents the skin from breathing? unfortunatly its a matter of trial n error

  • How much pressure do you put against your face? Wouldn’t you cause more wrinkles by stretching the skin? I like the idea of doing facial massages, but I am concern about causing damage.

    Thanks!!

    PS Pretty relaxing video 

  • @BellyDancerArena put quite a bit of pressure, the idea is to massage the muscles, but keep in mind what feels comfortable. lines aren't caused by stretching, but rather repetative movements of the muscle which start to cause muscle deterioration. like the more you fold paper the deeper the wrinkles and harder to smooth them out. stretching skin is like smoothing out paper. its pilates for the face! using an oil or cream is important tho, to stop you from tugging & pulling which may cause damage

  • asianshouldn't do these things, they have naturally skinny facial skin

  • @tsotsoko do you mean thin? how can your skin be "skinny"? unlike your body... or... can I say your skin is "fat"? Skins come in all textures, colors and thicknesses. If someone's facial skin in thick it means the skin over the rest of the body too is thick; facial skin cannot be isolated from the rest of the body skin. does not matter what race you are.

  • @tsotsoko You sound like an idiot.

  • @tsotsoko Everyone's skin is the same, it's the muscle and fatty areas like cheeks etc that make faces look different. The layers of the skin itself are always the same. Again I say - if you are a young lady on THE PILL, you're skin will dry out after 5 years. The PILL makes your skin sun-sensitive, it makes your skin get very freckly under the eyes, it will cause you skin to burn quicker. You must always put a sunscreen on your face POST exfoliation whether a salicylic acid one or a grainy one.

  • @monamonaji @monamonaji Actually, the part where she rubs down the face is a lymphatic draining technique that is quite good for your skin and health.

  • @monamonaji Actually, the part where she rubs down the face is a lymphatic draining technique that is quite good for your skin and health.

  • seems based on the Tanaka method.

  • nice video and it helps alot and your music is some kind of a background of a Romantic love story and a bit of drama....

  • @monamonaji why not

  • Can I do a facial massage after make up-cleansing step? or I have to finish cleansing my face with facial foam before oil massage?

  • would olive oil work?

  • Can i use almond oil??

  • Love your choice of music please do tell me the sound track / composer and i started doing these excersized after exfoliating the skin, it does help, relaxes any tension, i dont have much wrinkles but id rather fight em off before i get any hahaha

  • I saw you in Tyson's mall

  • why just not to use grapeseed oil. its much better than all these expensive and chemical oils.

  • Hi, what the music you're playing please?! Love the Vid! :-)

  • I want to try this! *o* I'm a little nervous about using an oil, so I guess I'll just use a cleanser. XP

  • actually, you really look like a high school girl..really young! I wanna buy some p&j products too!! but it's very expensive in Canada

  • thanks for this video i never thought to try massaging my face with oils i will surely be trying this it seems as though it is very beneficial to the skin ......just look at yours :)

  • @creejay also helps with collagen production

  • hey fuz ur massage s really working 4 ma laugh lines but d fine lines under ma eyes r still so prominent. Can u pls tell me how 2 reduce it or anyone reading ma post....... I 2 apply undereye creams but it still s d same, tanx

I have a lot of cold pressed natural coconut oil at home. I know it's good for the skin (and hair as well) so I intend to use it :)

  • you're lucky

  • hey.. I didn't have any oil at home.. just watched ur vid for the first time..

I just took some olive oil from the kitchen.. is that ok too???

found you when i typed "younger make up"

  • the music is very soothing hhaha

  • i like the opening sequence lol. u r so pretty! very helpful (again) thank u! :)))

  • hi, can i use olive oil because i cant get the cleansing oil in india? can u recommend any other oil? i ve dry skin

  • you can use olive oil also its very good for dry skin.i am using olive oil and the results are really good

  • she said you can use coconut oil or olive oil at the beginning. btw, if u get olive, make sure it's extra virgin. if you get coconut, make sure it says "unrefined" or "virgin" on it. this is because normal coconut oil gets deodorized with chemicals, thus removing benefits.

  • Use sunflower oil. Olive oil is bad for the skin!! I found that out from reading a clinical study on the application of different oils on infants with compromised skin.

  • Hi can you tell me where did you get this hair band? it is very nice. Thank you.

  • this video acts like a mental massage for me! haha the music makes it so soothing and relaxing

  • How often do you do this ?

  • Hi Fuzz, have you ever used SK II products?

I tried the massage in this 2nd massage video and I'm loving it to max! If i'm not wrong, those instructions you refered to were from a mag? May you tell me what's the name of the mag/book? And if i can easily get it... i'm from singapore though :(

Hope to hear from you. Thanks loads.

  • I was excited to watch that video but I cannot bcs it is blocked in my country...what can I do? I really wanna see how you've made this look:'(

  • This is an irrelevant question to this video.. I know you recommend P&J whitening serum, but can't get it in NZ(not on strawberrynet nor sephora), so would you recommend La Mer whitening instead? If not, anything else? I'm a fan : )
