You can cut cost by buying your choice of chest rigs alone, than mix in other gear you already have or purchase clearance, where you get high end items at next to nothing cost. Also you can mix in less expensive specific gear items from respected & proven vendors like 5.11 & Condor. This way you get the rig you wanted and it’s a strong foundation to build on. When you can afford to upgrade certain items, when u can.

anyway its just a thought, peace ... ... .

Checkout their website, a stripped chest rig from BDS starts out at on the low end at $95, to the upper end of $300, not bad keep in mind that’s just the chest rig alone, depending on your needs & your setup your rig can cost between $550/$680, expensive. But I will say this BDS's quality is 2nd to none they really do set the bar, I just wish I could afford some of their goodies

BDS has a number of different setup you can choose from & build on depending on your needs. Their pouches, solder strap padding, hydration systems, backpacks & so on are even more expensive, leaving the average Joe in the military, reservist, law enforcement, fugitive recovery agent & Joe citizen out in the cold.

i think t.a.g. Tactical Assault Gear is much better than this stuff. i have some equipment from it and i am absolutely content about this gear. 100% made in usa and best workmanship.

I am not selling the rig now...It fit a little looser than I liked, but I've since had it modified. If you are looking to buy...Quality is amazing and so is costumer service! You can't go wrong!

No forgive me, I'm not interesting in buying your rig. I own the BDS Tactical Enhanced Patrol Vest and have taken it with me to the desert on two tours to Afghanistan and I love it.

I'm with 2nd Rangers of the 75th Regiment as a sniper team leader with four shooters in my element. It was great for everything I needed. The 12-mag capacity was great, we got hung out pretty far once and it saw me through.

I am glad your are able to say good things about your rig...Thank You for your service to our country and our citizenry. I too like the ability to tote 12 and the frog has 2 multi purpose pouches on either side...really comes in handy when you have to drop your pack!

Not a problem, proud to do it. Already green-lighted for SFAS (Special Forces). I'm glad I got the enhanced version with the two GP pouches, I can format it however I need.

Your website says that those pouches will only hold 2 magazines each. So which is it? 2 or 3?

just got mine, they hold 3 mags each. However do not buy unless you are going to where body armor or are bigger guy. They don't adjust down very tight.

Their pouches are designed to hold 3 M16/M4 30 round mags in each so yeah...SA80 mags shouldn't be a prob
