I agree with this gentleman in this video. We as a country needed to address the "RACE ISSUE" that has always and to some smaller degree still exist in this country. I think both of them are right; One sceptical that Obama's election will bring no dramatic change in U.S. foreign policy towards the rest of the world, the other holding out hope that Obama's diplomatic ability will trump military solutions from all sides. One precondition being that all terrorism(especially U.S. sponsored) must cease and desist, IMHO...
