Hehe I have braces and I play with my teeth (among other tricks, behind the head, back, inbetween the legs, screwing the guitar ect) last year I ripped out my top row of braces, at a gig when I got my high e stuck in the elastics, (my orthodontist loved me after that) anyways, I got a new type of elastic on my braces and so I'm tooth playing again cuz it's impossible to get this elastic stuck :D

Tapping is a technique that makes a different tone/noise or whatever than the classic picking thing. What about this one? Do you hear something else than the normal picking? I think not. Tapping seems to be a show-offing skill, but it's the only way to make a specific sound, so it's a technique.

That's actually the wrong way to do it. this guy hasn't payed any attention to the guys who are actually good at it. Jimi, Yngwie, and Eddie all play with the front of their teeth. you push the flat edge on the front of your front teeth against the string, and then slide it down and off the string, strumming it. exactly how you would use a pick if you were flat picking.
