my personal tip. use oil not butter (less fat and a better taste,especialy salt popcorn)

You can get at any supermarket here... NTUC, Cold Storage etc. look at dry food section...

yes no frill brand sells raw popcorn its cheaper about $1.45 per packet only. I suggest you buy these instead of overseas import popcorn as it is cheaper

@filzah102 if you have a villa or a village that you go to you could put some seeds on the ground and make it yourself. You can allso open the package of popcorn that you may have in your store and put it in, you know where

You should put a centimeter of oil in first and add one layer of kernals, enough to cover the bottom hope that helps ;)

Popcorn is harder to make then it seems :P, i made it once and um all of the popcorn went flying out of the pan, and yes, we covered the pan with something but it flew off as well

can you take out the popcorn from there and make homade popcorn or does it have to stay in the bag?

I think it has to stay in the bag and just put it in the microwave with the bag. Not too sure. They should state it in the instruction :)

i just buy popcorn keep it in the bad and put in the microwave and it turns out fine you need to put it in ther for like 2 minswell untill they stop poppin :D

nice work, well made popcorn there ready to eat, oh and just as a note: never take a metal pot like that direct from heat on to the kitchen counter, always rest it on a cold part of the stove, it prevents damage to the counter top from the heat at the bottom of the pan.
