Isn't that the white suit Hirasawa had worn around that time in Live shows? and in one Video?

@GraveBlashyrkh Yeah, he wore this suit during The Ghost In Science era in 1990. You can also see Hirasawa wearing it in the Sekai Turbine PV.

@CouchingMaster Well, I can't tell since he (guy in white suit) mentions all of their names and positions so fast at the end, but he clearly says sato-ken... maybe he's the guy with the maracas lol
If so, that'd be the first time I see Hirasawa's manager! (if my sources aren't wrong lol)
