It's not that hard, but it is one of the places that noobs screw up and accidentally spew the contents all over the place when they try to put the halves together. His prep work of separating everything out with tissue paper probably helped there as well, since there really were no loose contents. By the way, I'm pretty sure I saw this guy at the MPAG event this summer.
