GTA IV more than saint rows because, of its physics they use endorphin, judging from this video i'd say that GTA IV is way more realistic, the explosions the tactics u could use, the weopans, the car, crashes, the hieli, the sounds, the peds, the explosions, and much much more things that i'm sure that saint rows dosn't have.
