My all time favorite song. Hadn't heard it since I was a child of about 10, but for the past 30+ years I could still hear it and remember almost all the words. I would love to have this song on CD or mp3 so that I could listen to it all the time! Thank you for sharing!

As a teenager I went through my own dark days, as we can all relate to strive. Evie was the music of choice I listened to daily. This song, and this artist got me through many a dark nights. And yes, morning did come. Evie is like a personal friend, always there, always inspiring, and always cherished. Hearing her today has taken me back.. I am grateful to God for the entire journey.

One of the best songs...it brings memory of my younger age, a young man growing up listening to her songs, how I felt so close to God...and now, after almost three decades and I'm a Father with kids the same age as I was then...how times flew by. Life is short.  Live it to the fullest in God's sovereignty and grace. This life, really belongs to God.

Thank-you soooooo much for Posting Evie!! Her music played a large part in my life when I was first saved, and my children as well. There is an album I used have many years ago called "Evies children" I cannot find it. If you could lead me to her Album that would be soooooooooo awsome, thank-you again and god Bless.

@pennylee54 Hi pennylee54 the only album I remember of Evie's regarding children was called A little song of jou for my little friends at least I am pretty sure that is what its called. Some of the songs were Creature praise, Tree song does this help any? I dont have the album anymore but maybe knowing these 2 songs might help track down the one you are looking for good luck and God bless!
