um, bahamasair also uses dash 8's to service Florida as well lol... it depends on what is available and the number of passengers.. busy day send jets, not such a busy day why waste jet feul... and noone said the plane was Bahamasair I think it's a single engine...

Actually it was not a prop neither was the aircraft a single engine it was actually just the windshield wiper blade.
