  • I started a real flame war when I misspelled Beethovin. It's like people have nothing better to do than to argue about spelling. Maybe, we can have another war about how to spell alphabet.

    Lenny K.

  • :')

  • I love this song-3 and the movie:)

  • It really annoys me why the name of composer is adjusted for... Yes, what for? CZAJKOWSKI is CZAJKOWSKI, when we anyone wants to use Shakespeare, they wrote the way it is... We have to learn the spelling of: George W Bush - no one from Poland would write: Dzordz Busz - then maybe Czajkowski should be spelled the way it really is..

  • Tchaikovsky is the internationally agreed way (among the English speaking nations) to spell Чайковский. You are confusing transliteration from one alphabet to another (in this case cyrilic to latin/roman) and every country has their own way to transliterate it.

  • For example in Romania they would spell it Ciaikovschi/Ciaicovski, in Poland CZAJKOWSKI , in english Tchaikovsky. The rule doesn't necessarily apply (except with a few exceptions) when spelling names using languages with the same alphabet. In this case George Bush will also be spelled George Bush in polish because they use the same alphabet. But when transliterated in Russian it would be Джордж Буш. Learn the facts before you speak BS. And yes this is not Tchaikovsky.

  • The cloud in the middle looks like a love heart. The cloud to its left looks like a little seahorse. The cloud bottom right looks like the head of a crocodile. And the lottle clouds in the middle look like my wife's face after she returns from a bukake party.

  • Its has nothing to do with Tchaikovsky, Its "What is a youth" conposed by Nino Rota for Romeo and Juliet movie, long after Tchaikovsky was dead

  • Чайковский, Пётр Ильич, здесь ни при чём.

Nothing in common with Tchaikovsky. Sounds like wonderful Caledonian ballad.

  • This is Nino Rota's compositiion, and the violinist might be André Rieu

  • Tchaikovsky ?

  • This isn't Tchaikovsky. But it DOES happen to be my favorite version. Could you tell me where you got it? Namely, the violinist, if you could. I would truly appreciate it.

  • i think the same...this isn't tchaikovsky. my question (as same as you) is: who the violinist is?!!

although, andy williams has the same tonade i wonder if there's a connection...
