@mercanaries3 - Oh I know about bottled water, you're absolutely correct, it's mostly filtered tap water, I know Dasani (owned by Coca Cola) is for sure. Also, fluoride is used as a pesticide on food crops unless you purchase organic. It is in most juices, beer, wines and sodas, etc. It's difficult to avoid, yet really should be.

make sure the bottled water you buy says its filtered by reverse osmosis

@mercanaries3 I only buy "distilled" by the gallons. I use it for drinking of course, as well as coffee, tea or any cooking I do, particularly when it's absorbed, such as rice. I also make sure I purchase organic vegetable broths & organic everything else when I can. It's difficult to get around it 100%, it's just about knowing which foods contain the most fluoride.

@grettagrids People don't spray hexafluorosilicic because it's not effective for use in pest control, there are many fluoride compounds and some are indeed quite poisonous and are used in pest control, and that's why we don't consume those fluorides. What FAN and anti-fluoride propagandists do is falsely equivocate all fluorides as if fluoride were this one single insidious thing.

Sodium fluoride was discontinued for use in water fluoridation because of concerns about health effects. Even though you will still get far more dangerous fluorides from natural ground wells and water springs, we now use Hexafluorsilic Acid, which is safer in PPM than any naturally occurring fluoride and still has the same effect of helping control bone rotting bacteria, particularly in our mouth. Anti-Fluoridants won't tell you that life evolved drinking fluoride.

BTW, how can a DENTIST make decisions about the hazards of fluorides when he/she knows nothing except "teeth, gums, and mouth". There are a variety of fluorides present in practically any natural water source, and many of them are far less safe and in much higher concentrations than the 1ppm of hexafluorosilicic acid that regulation allows, that's why the majority of fluoride related illnesses (still rare) are caused by unsafe ground wells, which FAN obscures.

Wow I had no idea that toothpase and rat poison both had fluoride in it. Thanks for the video man I will do my best to use this information to my advantage in the future.
