Good job Lads, but was just wondering why use the helicopter when the nearest hospital is 3-4 mins drive away, or did she need to go to a hospital that was further away because of the type of injuries she had?
The dear lady travelling in this Air Ambulance is my Auntie. Just want to say a huge thanks to all members of the public and especially the Emergency Services who tended to Auntie yesterday morning. We are all alot safer in the knowledge that heroes like you are just a phonecall away in a time of need. Auntie is doing well in hospital and we hope that she will be home soon, fit and well to go for her coffee with her friend that she missed out on. Thanks again to everyone !!!
@creap32 Nope, no tail rotor, but has a pair of Jet engines attached for good effect ::-D
