Great video! Lovely idea to get people on this wonderful path. Dan is the MAN!! Your husband is a lucky man to have you stumbling upon this info just in the right moment.
hi, i understand fruits fight cancer but cancer feeds on fructose ( natural sugar ) in fruits, i am confused how fruits still a benefit of fighting cancer ?
Keep up the Faith Lana:) ..my brother is 'cancer-free' now from stage3a lung cancer..GOD is good..no matter what:) ..stay gorgeous and healthy..GOD bless you!
Loved the video Lana! Your skin does look different, you have a glow going on. =) You definetly got me wanting a juicer now. I don't eat red meats or dairy, but I do need to stop with the processed foods. Your great! XOXO Kim
I love your videos, you are such an amazing person!
I'm a total health freak and used to be a raw vegan then a vegan, however the more books I read the more evidence I have found that it may not be the most suitable in the long term. The places I know who have dealt very successfully with cancer are The Hippocrates Health Institute (based pretty much on raw foods) and the Gerson Institute (specialising in the treatment of cancer), both of whom have books.
i like alvarado st. sprouted bread in the freezer section. i milked cows and after having fresh raw milk, no way would i drink conventional dairy. i'm mostly vegan 36 fit and healthy, thank you all youtube video people.
Lana, I'm truly sorry. I can't imagine how hard it is o have heard that horrible news. I lost a family member to pancreas cancer. Very difficult to cope with. I will keep you and ur hubby in my prayers. Bless you xoxox <3
I really would love to buy a juicer after seeing this video! I definitely don't get enough fruits and veggies in my diet. I have a question, I'm new to your videos so I'm not sure if you've already addressed this, but with the juicer, do you find that you don't need to take vitamins/supplements? Thank you! :)
Juicers are the best! So glad you are going this route. Like you, am not a big meat eater either....my hubby tho....is a carnivore. You have inspired me to dig mine out! Not strong enough to give up my half a bagel a day yet. *guiltily* So happyyyy to hear Henry is feeling better! Prayers and love work! I have to believe they do! You are like me in telling him I love you too much to lose you. He believes me. If this makes Henry better you won't have an argument on your hands. love u! xo
Thank you so much for putting this up. My grandmother, whom has pretty much raised me has stage 3 cancer... You made me realize I am not alone. You inspired me to make a change in my family's life.
Lana, I have seen all your videos, and I love you! you are such a inspiring individual with a good heart. I am saddened that you are going thru this with your hubby. I lost my husband when I was 35yrs old and now I am 48. His was an accidental death and I couldnt save him but you can. Your love and determination will make him strong . I know men are stubborn, however, we always win! He has been blessed to have someone so loving like you. I will keep you both in my prayers. xoxo Seiry
Lana this video was so interesting..both of them , part 1 and 2..I just sent you an article to your private message box..please read..It was such an eye opener..always thinking of you and enjoy your videos..take care of that hubby..
Ok Lana, before you even started talking about the juicing...in the first two seconds of the vid I thought "her face looks thinner to me"...you look beautiful. AND...is that a zoya polish, what is it, looks like something I want!
Lana if you want more recipes and advice go to "The Life Regenerator" Channel"..He will give you a phone consultation and even go to your house..He's the real deal!!!..<3
I've watched these RAW videos 3 or 4 times already...I don't know what it is but for some reason I want to keep hearing this message, as it's very inspirational. About 6 months ago someone gave me a $200 Acme Supreme Juicerator and it sat in my closet. I just took it out and started juicing this past Sunday because of this video. I work out/ run and eat pretty well and adding this to my diet has been a plus so far! thanks for the video.
Meat and dairy has a lot of hormones in it. That has been linked to cancer in females and I believe it would contribute to cancer in men as well. The same goes for the chemicals in our foods. I've talked in my videos about being sick but I hadn't mentioned fighting off what they're calling "pre-cancer' at 30 years old. I'm not a fan of meat or dairy but I eat a lot of junk. Last year I started eating a lot of RAW and I feel so different. A lot of energy I haven't felt in years. Sending prayers:)
I'm so sorry to hear this Lana. My prayers are with you both. Sad to say, these days we are constantly exposed to carcinogens. The air we breathe, the water we drink, the food we eat, the sun that shines on us. It's true that any of us could have a cell mutate and set off the cancer time bomb at any time, and since we live so much longer, it's just that much more likely. Good luck with your dietary changes.
Lana---get the documentary Forks over Knives---I've been raw for 3 years--but this documentary is very very eye opening---best wishes to you and your husband <3
BRILLIANT!!! I'm going to do this as soon as I can save my pennies for a juicer!!! Thank you for being so transparent. You have no idea how many lives you are saving daily with this advice. My husband has a stressful job that causes him to eat unhealthy at times. He has EVERY cancer in his family ~ genetically speaking. So, he is a prime candidate (God FORBID). Even if I just introduce this for breakfast, it's a start, right??
Hi Lana,im new to ur channel ad im really enjoying your videos,ur ever so beautiful too, your skin is so clear. my prayers are with u and ur family at this difficult time, greetings from Ireland,Tina x
I'm really interested in doing this! so inspiring!! I'm already a vegetarian but i still eat junk sometimes, i would love it if you did more recipies and stuff! thanks x
Lana, if you're going to do away with dairy products, make sure you're still getting enough calcium! It's absolutely imperative for women to have enough calcium to prevent osteoporosis. And avoid getting salads from fast-food places as well because there might be preservatives in them! I'm so glad you're happy with your new diet. There is nothing so important in life as one's health (:
I agree with Serramist. I've known women who were lifelong vegetarians, marathon runners, etc. who still got cancer young. There are no guarantees. However, you may have a better quality of life by making changes for the better. And it sounds like you're having fun, too.
One of the first things I noticed before you even said anything about it is how radiant you look in this video. Your skin looks beautiful, and you look younger. Can't beat that.
Hey guys. My family just opened our new Avon beauty store. With every purchase get a free gift. Please visit us at: youravon.com/makeupnkiss. Thank you!
Lana, this is so awesome! I've been wanting a juicer for YEARS. So, why am I waiting? There really is no excuse... I'm getting one this weekend. :)
Honestly, I've know of the benefits for a a couple decades. Even my grandfather juiced! The antioxidants from the fruits and veggies (organic preferably) will heal and balance one's body and keep the vicious, nasty cancer causing free radicals at bay!
And, a major YAY for the anti-aging benefits too. ;)
I've found a few GREAT raw advocates on YT, yes liferegenerator is one. My husband was an a raw diet last year and lost over 60 lbs. EASY, and he was constantly eating. Also, I met a woman at a store who swore that her raw diet helped cure her son of cancer. Raw is the way we were created to eat. Good for you and your hubby!!!
Do you have to use Coke? I remember hearing Caramel Coloring in Coca-Cola, Pepsi and other foods Causes Cancer! I would research this...maybe Sprite would be better. Good to see you posting again! God bless you and your husband. Praying for a full recovery! :)
After seeing this video me and my co-worker started juicing today.. You totally inspired us!!! Thank you! Can you recommend some good juicing recipes please...
Glad you are getting into a more healthy lifestyle! I have also been recently making some major changes in my diet. I have been incorporating tons of vegetables and fruits in our diet and eliminated the junk. I think the older you get the more important it is to eat healthy and my husband and I made the decision that we wanted to make some changes. I have also started drinking green tea and WOW that is just getting rid of the toxins like crazy! xoxo Deb
Great to see you all fired up! I am going out to buy a juicer tomorrow! You look and sound fantastic. I think of you and Henry often.I really hope that Henry will make a full recovery. Good on you for taking charge of your husband's health. Get him on to the fruit and vegetables as soon as he can drink them in the juicer. Glad to see you making your videos again.I missed you. Love to you and Henry.
You are such a sweet person. I pray that the cat scan comes back with a great result. You have been so strong through all of this. Marriage to you really does mean for better or worse. I find you inspirational. I did not find your channel before this happened to your poor husband. I'm so glad I did though:) I'm going to introduce juicing to myself and my family. Thanks for sharing this with us.
I hear you. My mom was diagnosed with stage four pancreatic cancer. You cannot cure so we have anywhere from 6 months to 5 years. My prayers are with you. Did you know you can go on caring bridge to start a website for your husband to keep everyone updated so you aren't on the phone or email all the time. Please take care of yourself.
Read any medications you take and be very careful of anything taken when you've had a grapefruit. Many medications say, "Do not take or have with grapefruit or grapefruit juice."
Hi Lana, Check out The Eat-Clean Diet Cookbook 2 by Tosca Reno. Everything in her book is made fresh and clean. You will also have to make some things ahead of time to add in your dish later. It's a great Cookbook.
Oh honey I see that sparkle/excitement in your eyes again. We own the Jack LaLanne juicer and let me tell you it has been the best decision we have ever made, I can understand what you and your body are going through. A little advise add some fresh ginger when juicing... OMG! it makes everything much more delicious sweet with a spicy kick. It's unbelievable that the answer to bettering our health is in front of our faces and we just cant see it. Congrats on losing weight.
Good for you Lana for taking control of your and your husband's health! A good rule of thumb we like to use is not to eat something that doesn't decay naturally. That might sound really disgusting, but animals and vegetables/fruits are all living things that "breathe" in one form or another and they will rot if left untouched for several days/weeks, whereas processed foods don't rot. That means they cannot be broken down in our digestive system, and that's where some problems can start...
@lanaindiana There is a reason why Hippocrates said all those hundreds of years ago: "Let food be thy medicine, and thy medicine shall be thy food." We really are what we eat, and the fact that you look and feel so much better yourself in the midst of all this stress your family is under, is, pardon the pun, the proof in the pudding that healthy eating is the way to go! :)
Cancer has no boundary line. No one is immune to it I hate the word and understand what you are going thru it killed my mother who never smoked or drank and eat pretty healthy, my father also had kidney cancer and survived it only to be murdered at his business. My husband also was diagnosed with cancer and it is a very stressful and scary he is still with me today and I thank God for not taking him from me. I am overdue for a mammogram because I am scared but am scheduling an appointment tod
Hi, Try soaking your almonds for 12-24 hours. It makes them more nutricious & more digestible and releases enzyme inhibitors. Its alot like coconut meat almost., I love how they taste as well. and you can make raw pate with them that is delicious and super filling. I hate cancer too my mom got stage 4 breast and lymph node 15 years ago, they gave her 6 months, but she is still alive today. I hope your husband has an amazing recovery. and you're right Cancer is a huge business.
Good for you!!!! Nothing like eating fresh, living, whole foods to fight off dis-ease. Check out out Life Extension for extra nutritional vitamins and supplements, especially ones to help fight cancer.
If raw works for you, and makes you feel better than that's great. But the scary, sad truth is disease doesn't work like karma. Some never eat anything but fried milkduds and live to be a healthy 100 and some eat varied, local, vegan, ecological and get sick.
The most important thing in the end is to be happy, and eat in a way that doesn't do too much harm (to yourself, or the environment) and at the same time makes it possible to attend a dinner party ;)
so this just confirm my thought about cancer and food, do u know if the green smoothie is the same? or it works in the same way? The best wishes for u and ur husband, (sorry 4my english :'()
Hi lana. I'm 23 years old and about to start my 5th chemo session. Like yourself, I did a lot of research and started juicing too. Just a few tips: pomegranates and grapefruit are very nutritious for cancer patients. Also beetroot can help cleanse the blood. Help flysh out toxins! Careful not to add too much beetroot at a time it can taste quite earthy. Remember to sterilise any fruits you are about to juice for your husband (by soaking the fruits in vinegar water for about 20-30 minutes) becau
great video lana ..... i could never cut out meats, chicken and fish from my diet... especially organic free range and lean meats.. im no nutritionist but i thought meats provided nutrition that other foods cant provide... In my opinion meats in moderation is part of a healthy diet. but i think incorporating juiced drinks into the diet is a great idea and should be part of peoples diet as well...
My friend's husband was Dx'ed with rare cancer and she did raw. She even put it in the feeding machine (the raw juices). He never even lost alot of weight, stayed at 180 lbs. Unheard of! I believe the raw diet is life saving.
Good for you Lana!! :D It's so good to see you smiling and full of energy again :D I've recently started a fitness program and eating only healthy, non-processed foods (fruits, veggies, whole grains, lean protein, etc) and it's sooo true! You feel like a million bucks by just eating better! I have way more energy now, and just feel and look healthier, it's amazing :) Keep it up Lana, only good things can come of this!
I'm so glad you have had the courage to try raw, I recommended it on your blog but to be honest didn't think you would check it out as you were so busy looking after your husband and it is a bit out there! I'm vegetarian and try to incorporate as much raw as possible but I also allow myself to eat cooked food too. The health benefits are great,, I can't remember the last time I was ill and I'm currently training for a marathon;) lots to love, keep juicing and eating veg!
Lana I don't usually comment but there is a beauty guru on here who is also a raw vegan dieter and she talks all about it on her channel. She has two channels:
@baycoralore Well, most importantly, I got the juicer for my husband as he can't eat at all by mouth just yet, so when his ability to swallow returns, I can prepare him some very nutritious veg and fruit drinks. Also, I believe the theory is that you couldn't reasonably in one sitting eat a bunch of carrots, an entire stalk of celery, beets and apples all in one sitting but you can juice it and drink it easily! This way you get an entire recommended daily requirement in one simple glass.
Lana, I have been doing raw for a few years, weight does drop off...but the health benefits are amazing..If you ever have a question...please just ask, I have smoothie recipes /raw food recipes, juice recipes...I am so excited to see this as part of your way to a better life. YOUR body inside and out will thank you .the power of juicing is amazing..I plan on doing many more recipes on my channel...a vitamix will make RAW smoothies so smooth, junk food is killing us all..Good for you Lana, Tammy
@lanaindiana Love you LanaGlamour....Hope your hubby gets well soon...you may want to try Louise Hay affirmations for healing...wish you all the best.
Oh Lana, I am sooooooooo happy that you have chosen this pth. It is the very thing that will save your husband's life. JUICE him and fight that nasty cancer. Cancer cannot survive in an alkaline body. I sent you many messages about this on the blog...look at the "liferegenerator"on youtube for fantastic recipes and herbs. You are on the right path......no more junk food!!!!! it kills us. Love Donna from Amsterdam
Don't forget that it's essential that the veg is washed prior to being juiced. Most veg (except those grown at home) are sprayed with chemicals and more recently, I understand that growers are sprays with MSG which is a growth enhancer - which can't be good for you, right? You can buy 'organic' veg - but I would still take the trouble to wash that as well. Good to see you looking so cheery - and we are all still hoping Henry feels fab soon! xx
@Louizalass I read your comment and wanted to ask what would be the best way to wash them (esp. cucumbers that have wax on them too ) to make sure all chemicals are washed off? thank you.
Ah, well, there's the rub, MrShahmasood! The best way would be to wash the veg in hot water but I doubt that'd eradicate all the chemicals. I rinse mine in cold water - it's better than nothing! But the fact that our veg
is sprayed with chemicals is somewhat worrying when we know we cannot really eradicate the stuff before we eat it. Hence the worry about unwittingly ingesting cancer-inducing chemicals.
@Louizalass That's true! Thanks for responding. I was reading an ad in a mag for baking soda from some brand adn they advertised washing the fruits & veggies with baking soda to get those things off. Didn't try myself so don't know if that'd really work.
Lana I am so happy you've discovered how great raw is! I am so happy you're experiencing a positive change! You deserve it with all the yuck that's been going on. I really do believe fruits and vegetables are how we thrive, and I think that it will make SUCH a difference in your husbands recovery. You should watch the documentary Forks Over Knives (It's streaming on Netflix). It is so informative and really sheds light on the advantages of eating clean! Sending good thoughts XO
ALSO! Concerning very healthy things to beat cancer, you really really really should look into Hempseed oil. There is a series of videos here on youtube called "run from the cure" about Rick Simpson and how his integration of hempseed oil was vital for his beating cancer. I think there are other links online that also discuss this.
Hey Lana, I have a question regarding skincare. I'm 18 and ever since I was 13, I've had a leathery, snake-skin like texture to my forehead. Not like wrinkles, but this cowhidey leather look. I think it's from sunbathing back then (I was also using acne creams with sun-sensitivity causing ingredients) without sunscreen. I eat very healthy, use mild organic skincare products, and drink water. Is there anything I can do to fix this? It makes me feel so depressed and like I'm 20 years older. Help.
@IntoBlackHouse My standard Holy Grail face lotion that has changed my entire face is Lancome Genefique. i LOVE the stuff. It's a bit pricey but it lasts if you are frugal. It glides on and your skin feels amazing with it.
If you are on the fence at all about it, go to your local Lancome counter and ask for a 7 day FREE sample set. They will oblige and you can see if you get results. My skin has taken on new life and I love it at age 56!
Don't be depressed doll. You are SO much more than (cont
@IntoBlackHouse You are so much more than your face. Hold that beautiful head up and be you. In spite of what you think about your flaws.... No one else really sees them. Be YOU and you will shine. In the grand scheme of things, a forehead will never hug your family or love you back so do what you can but love yourself. All of us do.
@lanaindiana This is so true ! I bet its so hard to unerstand that at age 20 but today is the oldest you have ever been and youngest you will ever be so have lots of fun....life is long enjoy it and n one notices our flaws till we point them out.
called the SCD diet. Basically, I can't eat anything with sugar, additives, preservatives, dairy, and some types of meat. A week after starting the diet, BAM! I was doing ten times better than I ever was on the meds! I'm now doing well, and going strong. I've been reading your blog and you and your husband are on my mind 24/7. I really wish the best for both of you. Thank God I've never had to deal with cancer, but I know that I can relate to a few things you both have gone through. Stay strong!
Hi Lana! I'm 14 and Ulcerative Colitis, and have been in and out of the hospital for the past 3 years. I've had two feeding tubes put in and I agree, they are terrible and I hated not being able to eat, but they really saved me. I lost so much weight and couldn't walk. None of the drugs that the doctors put me on have worked. We also tried Remicade infusions, which is a pretty strong drug. Again, no luck. My mom was researching 24/7 because our last option was surgery. She heard about a diet
Lena you're beautiful. I hope and pray that your husbands results come back normal. I'm sure he'll enjoy drinking fruit juices and Veggie juices with you.
God bless you and your hubby. I will keep you both in my prayers. I believe you are onto a good thing with those veggies & fruits. Have you ever checked out Green Smoothie Girl? I learned quite a bit from her site.
I agree with you about this. We should eat things that are natural - no processed crap. All that junk they put in prepackaged meals is so bad for us. Try also eating whole grain pasta salad - it's quick and easy to make and cut up all those delicious fresh veggies in there with a little italian dressing. YUM! Good for you and that will help your man when he's ready. Where do you get your recipes for juicing so that the right combinations taste good? THANKS FOR THESE @ VIDEOS!!!!
Hey Lana glad to hear your hubby is doing better. Just be careful with eliminating too much from your diet. You need whole grains for colon health the juiced fruits (as opposed to whole) don't have enough fiber. You also need dairy for calcium esp. as we age and protein for muscle maintenance so you have to get these essentials from some place. The key is moderation and preparation.
THE BEST VIDEO!!! i've been on a semi-raw diet for a couple of months now and i've experienced the same results as you! i have had treats like cake and desserts etc. along the way but my body does not want these foods anymore, its amazing! you should check out this youtuber that does fantastic videos about health and raw foods , she's full of great, invaluable information, rawradianthealth is the channel.
What about all the nasty ingredients in cosmetics being absorbed into our skin, if you did research into this you would be also horrified at these cancer causing products.
If you can get your hubby to eat eggplant you can have eggplant lasagna , eggplant parmesan it is delicious .
I read an article about a link between gum disease and mouth and throat cancers recently, also if he was around alot of second hand smoke that came to mind as well.
I'm so pleased I told you about the liferegenerator. I also hope in conjunction with The Secret - Rhonda Byrne. I am now going to get her second book The Pwer. I am so pleased. You look so much happier and so positive. Keep going Lana! Keep going Hubby. Love Kate xx
My boyfriend learned this morning, his uncle (who lives down the street from his dad and childhood home) has Stage 4 liver & colon cancer.... WTF!!!! and his other uncle (who are brothers) had a horrible stoke beginning of this year and still physically recovering. Its so sad, I hope your husband gets good news soon. My heart goes out to you & your family.
i really like dr schulze super food and his info.. no tthe shoe guy lol, the herb doctor guy :) wish you both tons of great time together lots and lots!!!
the tone it up girls here on youtube have some great simple recipes, they are clean and green so that would be a great way for you to dabble in learning to cook! you can cook, i believe in u! just takes a little trial and error lol
its shocking the CRAP that is in your food! when you eat out you NEVER know what is put in your food. making your own food is not only cheaper but healthier! my friend became a chef and just by eating food he made from scratch he lost a solid 20 pounds, its shocking the amount of crap in food. My doctor told me sugar= cancer. There is SO much sugar in pre made/ pre packaged food its sickening. Clean and Green is worth the extra work
Lana, I have been researching the raw food lifestyle too. Just begining on my journey to it I have thought of you and your husband. I am hoping to get a jucier soon as well. We are in the military and live overseas, so it is hard to find a company who will send something like that to an APO address. I look forward to hearing about your journey.
Lana you are a strong woman and a wonderful wife. I hope your husband will get better very soon. You should check out Vitamix blender that sells in Costco. It is amazing. You can even make warm soup in this blender, and it tastes amazing( you would never guess it is raw)
"I'm done with processed foods"....... FINALLY LANA, FINALLY! I've been watching you for a longer time now, since before your husband got sick, thinking when will this woman finally get it. Well, I guess there's nothing better than a crisis to get people to wake up! Next, I'll be waiting when you finally realize that your expensive cosmetics are 1,4-dioxane and formaldehyde loaded cancer causing crap.Take care Lana and good luck!
@jackiemanson666 I saw that movie too and liked it...I also highly recommend watching "Forks Over Knives", it's a really great documentary about the benefits of a plant based diet!
It saddens me when I hear and read about people saying how expensive being raw is so therefore they wont do it...1. if you shop local farmers markets, it's not expensive at all and it's actually cheaper. 2. if you look at all the money that these hospitals and doctors get from someone that needs the treatment to get back whole, the price of fruits and veggies doesn't even come close.
someone i once spoke to had stage four cancer, four times, he was so unlucky that it just came back. he is still alive, completely normal, cancer free for now and living a normal life, so NEVER give up hope :) xxx
I think your approach to the raw diet is awesome. I really need to invest in a juicer, and I think I will try to soon. I think you should include meat in your diet, atleast white meat like pork and chicken because protein is great for your muscles and many other things. :) I wish you luck, Lana!
Way to go, you are on the right road. I did raw 100% for 3 months last summer and can't believe I did that , but now like you just breakfast through lunch more or less and try with the family. Demi Moore, Woody Harrelson and in the future many more will turn to it. Read Sunfood and look at their wesite if you haven't done so already.
I agree that your diet is extremely healthy and great for dieting however I would just warn you that we need protein in order to survive, so I would try to find supplements of protein. Especially because you are cutting out all meats. I hope that your husbad feels better soon! much love-Alessia
The C word is the worst!! Yes you can change a man if you change with him!! So he now he not in it alone!! So happy to see you all fire up!! You have a great day and God Bless both of you!!
I notice other people are mentioning 'Mimi Kirk ' I concur on checking her out.
( she has a great cookbook )
Bad luck hit a non smoker in my family too. Throat cancer also.
He is cancer free for almost 6 years now! I continue to wish your hubby the same, only better since this family member is still on a feeding tube. But, working, traveling doing everything as before except the swallowing - is limited to sipping liquids. Has been doing therapy for swallowing. He's in great spirits that helps=)
Lana, check out Mimi Kirk. She has videos on youtube and a book on raw food. She's 71 looks 40 and has wonderful receipes. i pray your husband will continue to be cancer free.
What a great, positive video! Do you use organic fruits and veggies? I always worry about the pesticides they put on the other stuff. I can't wait to see the kitchen video!
Lana, you're such a treasure. After all you and Henry have been through, you do indeed look AMAZING! My husband and I live a similar life, and I'm sure you already think of this, but try to keep it all organic.
Lana, I am so happy for you! cutting out meat, dairy and all processed foods and introducing all these wonderful vegetables and fruit is the way to go! I am on an whole foods vegan diet myself and I want to start juicing soon. You are so inspiring, thank you. Have you heard of t.Colin Campbell's work? He is one of the guys in the movie 'forks over knives'. I also love reading dr Joel Fuhrman's and Kris Carr's blogs. You prob. have heard of Kris before, she literally cured her cancer with juice
awesome is that juicer like the vitamix? I have been almost a raw vegan for 6 months, I stopped dairy and meat after I read Kimberley Snyder's ''The beauty-detox solution'' definitely a life changing book. I totally hear you, I feel my body is so clean when I eat all these fruits and veggies. I have so much more energy, I eat cooked food only on week ends when I go to my parent's home. I need to invest in a juicer or blender. Anyway thank you so much for talking about that
As a doc Lana, I cannot emphasise the importance of fruits and vegetables in the diet to boost the immune system and protect us from cancer. They contain powerful antioxidants and tomatoes in particular are very rich in lycopene and carotenoids which offer protection from all forms of cancer. Tomato juice is great on its own or added to your veggie juices. Don't store them, drink them fresh as their nutritional value depletes quickly. Great video Lana, love your passion. Bless you and Henry. xxx
Processed foods, are not good. Occassional they no harm. The US does have bad food habits, I have been to US, and eaten foods from US air bases here in UK. They are so full of preservatives, salts, sugars, flavourings..Fresh food is the key. The juicer is great, I used to get my daughter to eat fruit this way (sneaky way lol). You would love a TV program in UK, YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT. Reseach it.
great video love u seeing on the path of real food ;)
other cancer real cancer cures u wanna check out
the gerson therapy
thc so real hemp oil
vitamin b17 also called amygdalin or leatryle

Hi Lana,
I love your videos, you are such an amazing person!
Make sure to eat organic!Love u

If this makes Henry better you won't have an argument on your hands. love u! xo

Honestly, I've know of the benefits for a a couple decades. Even my grandfather juiced! The antioxidants from the fruits and veggies (organic preferably) will heal and balance one's body and keep the vicious, nasty cancer causing free radicals at bay!
And, a major YAY for the anti-aging benefits too. ;)

Lots of love and hugs

Lana, what does juicing? Any difference that I eat these veggies and chew them myself?
baycoralore 4 months ago
@baycoralore Well, most importantly, I got the juicer for my husband as he can't eat at all by mouth just yet, so when his ability to swallow returns, I can prepare him some very nutritious veg and fruit drinks. Also, I believe the theory is that you couldn't reasonably in one sitting eat a bunch of carrots, an entire stalk of celery, beets and apples all in one sitting but you can juice it and drink it easily! This way you get an entire recommended daily requirement in one simple glass.

Good to see you looking so cheery - and we are all still hoping Henry feels fab soon! xx

@Louizalass I read your comment and wanted to ask what would be the best way to wash them (esp. cucumbers that have wax on them too ) to make sure all chemicals are washed off? thank you.
MrShahmasood 4 months ago
@MrShahmasood
Louizalass 4 months ago
@Louizalass That's true! Thanks for responding. I was reading an ad in a mag for baking soda from some brand adn they advertised washing the fruits & veggies with baking soda to get those things off. Didn't try myself so don't know if that'd really work.

The key is moderation and preparation.

its shocking the CRAP that is in your food! when you eat out you NEVER know what is put in your food. making your own food is not only cheaper but healthier! my friend became a chef and just by eating food he made from scratch he lost a solid 20 pounds, its shocking the amount of crap in food.

@freerayhn i completely agree with you! its WAY cheaper buying fresh food than it is buying meals out at restaurants every day or packaged junk.

someone i once spoke to had stage four cancer, four times, he was so unlucky that it just came back. he is still alive, completely normal, cancer free for now and living a normal life, so NEVER give up hope :) xxx

I think your approach to the raw diet is awesome. I really need to invest in a juicer, and I think I will try to soon. I think you should include meat in your diet, atleast white meat like pork and chicken because protein is great for your muscles and many other things. :) I wish you luck, Lana!

Congratulations on your new discovery. My father went vegan and his cholesterol dropped 100 points. 100 points!!!

Bless you and Henry. xxx

You should watch ''Food Matters'' movie - it's all about raw diet and juicing - very uplifting movie!

Reseach it.
