I love the Nicole Kidman ad. Its my favorite. But Catherine would have done it better, I hate to say. She is so feminine by nature.

Those were the prices of Chanel No. 5 back in the 1970s - $4.50, $7.00, and $14.00, and in those days, women were picking up that perfume in the drugstores. Too bad this is not now. They sell it in the department stores for well over $100.00, and for many women, it is out of their budget, yet they can save it up and purchase it as that something special. Catherine Deneuve did the best Chanel ads ever. She is the very woman that got me to like Chanel, although I can't afford it.

Chanel 5 is one of my favorite perfume. May be best. I always use this perfume in the winter. (By the way, 'Light blue' by Dolce & Gabbana in the summer. Light blue is so nice, too.) Anyways, I think chanel 5 is Legend.

I find it really dreadful that the beauty of each and every one of them is marred by 'Carol Bouquet was a real woman, Keira Knightley is nothing', or 'Carol Bouquet was good but the advert with Catherine Deneuve was better,' it goes on and on - comparing Catherine Deneuve, Audrey Tautou, Carol Bouquet, Keira Knightley, Nicole Kidman... It is very irritating, they are all women and each one is different.
