  • I wish "foxy bitch" was still a compliment. Now I don't know what to say to broads.

  • R.I,P,

    JOHN HOLMES,,,,,

  • WOW FOR ME BIGGS MAKE YOUR TIME, COOL I LIKE JACK'S HOUSE I WANT ONE, SUCH A FAMILY

  • parts of this film honestley make me cry i worked in a nightclub at 17 and the song from the start played no shit i was only theyre a night. dirk goes through some highs and lows and realises that he is bottomin out and its time for him to go back to his life for real cos he needs these people they are his family they all love him every single one of them has problems in their lifes like real people. the soundtrack is also amazing. the end scene is the icing on the cake and the song tops it off.

  • Two assholes pissed in the pool.

  • How much time do you think is supposed to have passed since the crazy violent night? The night that ends w/ Dirk's head in Amber's lap, as he cries. Jesse was pregnant that night...and now the kid is, how old do you think? I mean, Dirk was such a mess when he showed up at Jack's that night, it must be at least a few month later. He would've needed to get himself together.

  • This song is called the big top by Michael Penn

  • What is the sad song that plays through this scene? It also plays at the beginning of the movie.

  • My favorite P.T. Anderson film, one of the best films of the 90's.

One of my favorite pieces of film score ever, the full song plays over the end credits.

  • @Kenshiro26 Agreed, agreed. My favorite movie. And the Big Top just works so well in it. Have you ever listened all the way to the end of the credits? You hear Dirk talking, whispering actually. It sounds like he's either jacking it or getting head or something. I'm not sure what he says word for word, but it's something like, "Where's Ringo?....ah, shit....I found Ringo." I cranked the volume and it's still kind of hard to make out. It starts as the Big Top is ending, during that last bit.

  • @MckyMseNTarotCrds If you turn on the subtitles you can read what he's saying at the very end. I forget the actual dialogue though.

  • @MckyMseNTarotCrds I'll upload a longer HD version that includes the end credits and subtitles.

Just look for it on my channel. : )

  • @Kenshiro26 Oh, okay...thanks. Well, I have Boogie Nights on DVD. I was just asking if you ever noticed that part and what you thought of it.

  • @MckyMseNTarotCrds Its part of the Brock Landers series which Ringo is a character in.

  • anyone have guitar tabs for the big top song?

  • Mellow....MELLOWWW. That's what I want. Mellow, yeah. :)

  • For every dark evening, a bright shiny morning.

  • The painting of little bill always makes me sad

  • one of the top 2 or 3 movies of the 90's

  • Amazing film...............sadly the more things change the more they remain the same!

  • I thought the muffled, melancholy circus was perfect for these characters. After rising to the top and falling to the bottom, they've finally settled into doing what they know best. That look in the mirror at the end was perfect, it was like "So this is my life....fine"

  • Burt Reynolds was absolutely fantastic in this movie. They just dont make movie stars like Burt Reynolds anymore.

  • He has a paniting of little bill in the house where he blew out his brains is that suppose to be a memorial or a sick joke

  • little bill is remembered (1:36)

  • This scene is fantastic; the director actually made us (me anyway) feel a sense of familial love and closeness among this group of fringe dwellers even after all the violence, insane drug use, and narcisism. You feel that they'll survive because of this sense of togetherness. That's the mark of a great director and talented actors. Did you also notice that this is one long unbroken shot following Reynolds through the scene? I swear I actually felt touched by these characters at the end!

  • @jerico641 That is exactly how I feel about this movie. My g/f dismissed the movie based on the premise. All she can think of is that it is about the porn industry but I tried explaining this point to her. The major point that I makes this movie work is that Jack, as the director, is like a father figure to all those characters in the biz. He is the glue and this crew succeeds because they stick together like a big family with really highs and the low lows. I loved that shot at the end!!

  • @mrbrockpeters your girlfriend is an idiot!

  • @g3nov3s3 About being open minded to movies, yes. About doing finances no. She actually helps me out quite a bit with her financial wisdom. She's just kind of a square really.

  • Julianne's look at the end of the scene is priceless.

  • They totally bit this style from Good Fellas

  • @GomerDose I was just about to say that. the copacabana scene

  • so what alot of directors steal stuff from other great films.

  • Agreed. Just ask Tarrantino who doesn't have an original bone in his body

  • Tell me any movie that's anything like Pulp Fiction. Just name one.

  • Taxi Driver.

Thats one. Thank you. Bye bye.

  • Pulp Fiction is like Taxi Driver? Hahahaha, Taxi Driver is about a narrative about a mentally ill racist, how is that like Pulp Fiction. Please tell me how in the fucking world did you make that connection.

  • uh.. BYE bye

  • Oh and another thing ya' fat ass bitch, my youtube name is McNugget because, guess what? IT'S THE FUCKING INTERNET! IT'S AN "ACCOUNT" NAME, YA STUPID FUCK! Better go catch the cock ferry for fagot island.

  • By your fucking stupid logic, Wizard of Oz is like Dawn of the Dead. Your fucking retarded.

  • Yeah and your name is McNugget. By that logic you should lick my sweaty nutsack

I go to UCLA film school so fuck off nigga

  • I go to NYU in fucking FILM STUDY, your fucking stupid. If you want to be jaded shove a finger up your ass put it to your nose and sniff.

  • NYU? LOL east coast cock gobbler. No wonder you have shitty taste and don't know shit about cinema

  • Oh OBVIOUSLY I DON'T KNOW SHIT ABOUT CINEMA, WHEN YOU THINK THAT PULP FICTION AND TAXI DRIVER ARE SIMILAR! FUCKING RETARD! THERE IS NO SCENE THAT EVEN RESEMBLES ANY MOMENT IN TAXI DRIVER YOU STUPID FUCK! No seriously How Fucking Retarded are YOU? Keep watching Twilight New Moon pussy.

  • Made you type in all caps. I win!

  • No you don't because you don't know what the fuck your talking about. How is Pulp Fiction like Taxi Driver, in any way shape or form. Just explain it.

  • ok 1: Long drawn out dialog by eccentric characters followed by explosive violence.

  • I'm in love with this song

  • Amber Waves is the FOXIEST BITCH in the WHOLE WORLD

  • I like ROLLERGIRL!

  • They're BOTH hot!

  • Beach Boys and the Big Top! Damn! This movie is timeless!

  • Great Ending, To a Great Movie!

And yes I know it's Not the last scene.

    PS: I Love that House!

  • I would love to have that house!

  • Ya it is a real good ending to this movie is'nt it lol.Ironically, they all come back together at the end kind of like a real family.Burt walkin thrould the house like the old dad checking on everyone lol.

  • Amazing, melancholic music in the background, but it doesn't sound like the "The Big Top" that's on the soundtrack.

  • The music is melancholic because time has passed, life has given them lessons and hits, and the wild ride is changing and ending.

Jack however joins them with a purpose and creates a family and a home, which is something they don't have.

  • @brunettechocha that is a great analysis. Jack was a father figure, they certainly needed it.

  • @turbosprint Did you ever figure out where this was from?

  • @secretadmirer8769 Afraid not

  • I love this end scene

  • good film!
