Does anyone remember an intro that involved different coloured lights, a starry background and a rooster??? It's been driving me crazy trying to remember!
I can't explain it! lol.. i'd say like the paramount one and maybe the viacom one...it's completely illogical but it's just something about the grandeur of the music, the grainy image, the dark backdrop (on most) that are kinda...freaky :P
..maybe it's just something hidden from my childhood or something, haha
I remember in the late 80s and ealry 90s HBO had the longest intro to new Features. Complete with the scale model city. Must of been like a 3minute intro. It was classic.
I remember one at the end of the 1980s Bob Newhart show that scared the shit outta me (it was acat with a deep *meow*. Also the one at the end of night court scared me a bit too.
wasn't there a production company video or something with a cow standing in grass that moos? i could've sworn i saw it at the end of a tv show before. anyone know what i'm talking about, or the company?
Took the words right out of my mouth. The last time I saw this was TMNT back in the early 90s. I'm certain I saw the long version on at least one or two episodes.

What about the one where the guy is leaving his office and his secretary says "Goodnight Mr. Walters." And he just sort of grumbles at her.

The one at the end has a nice jingle to it...
You forgot Starmaker, Orion, Carolco, Goodtimes, and Front Row Entertainment.

The real question is, how on earth did you get the long version of the Proctor-Gamble logo? I've only seen the last 2 seconds after Guiding Light.

I like the other logos, but I don't really like that logo for the Stephen J. Cannell Company. Sorry.

Really? I thought that one was pretty creative! It's the Viacom logo I didn't like. The intimidating Viacom logo with the weird musical tones...
