In Italy, "Sega" is a) A woodworker tool better known as "Saw", b) slang for "Handjob", because the motion involved loosely reminds woodworking, and c) in Italy, being called "Sega" means that you are a failure, or a bungler, or a dummy, or whatever. So we Italian kids came up with the joke!
