These european rabbis dont count as they are not deciding for Israel. I just posted on my site a wonderful show hosted by SHlomo Goldberg and Rabbi Druckman discussing how army conversions are done by same courts as national conversions for regular citizens but that media makes public think it is different courts. It is all same. The haredi courts in israel must also have their conversions approved by state board (mamlachti) approval like soldiers so they end up with same status.
