You can get i read that the glod bow; is yust somthing did wrong it had to be " Gold Blow " 1 hit KO thats why it dissapears its not bowl butt blow that it had to be

you get the powder from the thief locked up in the dwarf cell. you race him to the top of the tower later in the game. reward: silver powder!!!

Hey in the beginning of the game when the thief breaks out of jail in the dwarf village I think you can find him in the watch tower area, i'm not sure because I havent played in a while but i think he challenges you to a foot race and if you win he gives you silver powder.
