If I'd realized that you were having that problem I could have told you how to fix it, had the same problem before with Age of Empires, minimizing then opening again always seems to solve it... don't know what it is aside from a blip in the video card or something.

Irony is an old friend, so if he wandered off, I would know. The problem with online talk is that there is no tone of voice font and with English Engish that is essential. No arguments occurred, no apologies necessary. Merely a bit of meteorological banter. Anyway, I studied military history at uni which is why I watch your vids. Used to have RTW. ETW battles look great. Would love a good quality trench warfare game. The creeping barrage was amazing, but the Spartans wouldn't approve.

Ever been to London? It rains averagely and it gets fog rarely. By Florida standards, it's hardly tropical (!) but the old movie cliches don't seem to match the reality (as if they ever do!). The 'pea soupers' (fogs) of the pre-1970s were down to industrial activity, but seeing as the UK doesn't produce anything anymore (other than analysts, executives and hedge fund managers) it's no longer a problem!

The annoying thing about the weather in London is that it is unpredictable, but that's an island climate for you. Either way, I bet that the Romans used to a Mediterranean clime and having to trudge up and down Hadrian's Wall were pissed off!

Hey POM. I have 3 movie recommendations. 1) Indigenes (Days of Glory) French WW2 film about North African Arab soldiers fighting for the Allies agianst the Germans. 2) Mongol - Russian film based on the life of Genghis Khan. Very nice visuals and effect. 3) Ji Jie Hao (Assembly) Chinese film set during the Chinese Civil War. Focusses on the comradeship between soldiers and their Captain. I like to call it the Chinese Saving Private Ryan

@PrinceofMacedon Very hard to tell. Red Cliff is set thousands of years ago, but Assembly is set suring the Civil war that happened in the 1940's and 1950's. The acting is great, just like in Red Cliff, but the actors in Assembly are not as well known in China. The only actor who starred Assembly, who was also in Red Cliff is Hu Jun, but he is not really a main character. The movie was released in 2007, so 1 year before.
