could a hard tail bike be used for a trail like this? im just getting into mountain biking and want to make sure i buy the right bike next week please respond
@petersonp715 im sure you've bought a bike since you wrote here, but just a little advice: a good suspension design will always be better than a hartail. They might be slightly heavier, but they will be much more efficent overall

i mean if an cross country bike has the potiental resistance to cope on a very hard and rocky terran or is restricted only in calm paths?

Only to the point of hard-out downhill riding. However there are hard tail downhill bikes too! So its really a personal choice.

mate it you need to try hardtail and FS. then make your mind up.

yeah i bought a fuiji nevada hardtail, very nice bike, i like the extra power uget going up hill with a hairdtail tho

Nice flowy trails. I was in NZ many years ago, stayed for a year. It's a spectacular country, so very beautiful.
