oh that's easy, right when the heartless starts attacking your home island in the first game. see, when sora walks in the secret place after seeing the island was being attacked, the brown door oppens and kairi fly's towards sora, but if you look closely, she sttops on sora and doesnt pass through all the way, this was the part that kairi's heart went into sora's body for safe keeping. before sora faced the darkstar heartless for the second time, that is how she lost her heart.

she is back on destiny island with no memory of sora whatsoever and she isnt affected at all while she is gonig to school with the girl from final fantasy who uses the jump rope in the first kingdom hearts game.
she remembers riku, but since her memory in sora's heart is gone. sora is gone in her memory as well, although it doesnt render her unconsious like it does to the other characters. understand?

@rasenshuriken1208 someone we don't know of yet cause she hasn't been introduced. In KH 1 Kairi got her body back after losing her heart because of Sora and they're bond. Sora got his body back after losing his heart because of Kairi for the same reason so they're nobodies are incapable of taking they're form which is why they take the forms of the others that they share they're hearts with. A little of this is explained in KH BBS and the rest will be explained in KH 3 which will be about Sora

@rasenshuriken1208 going on his last Journey to discover the truth and to rescue Aqua, Terra, and Ventus which have all 3 fallen victims to some sort of tragedy in resulting that only one boy out of all the worlds are they're only savior. Sora. Sora is able to use the keyblade because Ventus fused hearts with him but Ventus only exsists because when Sora was young, the age of 4 his heart was split into 2. Now with his heart complete again and the ability to connect ppl's hearts he'll save them
