actually...it takes skill to actually get a kill with karthus' ult...time it wrong and you either waste it after the enemies is already dead, or you just get an assist....or they don't even die...besides...karthus' main weapons are his E and Q skill...R is just for Kill steals (if you're so greedy) and runaway enemies...also can be used as a clash initiator...
