@MrMegamixdj True, but at the same time Junon was supposed to be a very powerful fortress. I think Sapphires Main role is just to attack things on the surface of the water. Diamond on land, Ruby in desert, Emerald in Deep sea (god help any poor sap attacked by that thing. Seriously. I shat bricks when I first saw him underwater in the sub) And Ultima by air. If you think about it, each Weapon covers some form of biome (except tundra, but we'll leave that to diamond weapon)
