Jian Zengjiao. He was a member of the Beijing Wushu Team and a medal winning professional level wushu athlete in China. After retiring in 2002 he moved to the US. He currently is a performer in Cirque Du Solieil's show 'Ka' in Las Vegas. If you look at some of their performance videos you can see him performing a similar three section staff routine.
