can you still go in really deep water with a td5 like the old tdi can ?cuz ent the td5 got loads more eletrics now?

you can move the ECU on the TD5 higher up so you can still go wading.

Yes. the td5 got the ecu innside the car. on the left side. But u still need a wading kit for the diffs and the gearbox.
