coming from the uk where there is no connection between anybody and anything this type of dance i find stunning i have met a Filipino girl and hope to move to the philippines and i would love to dance the tinikling with her . in the uk they are to lazy to learn a stunning dance like this they would rather just stand there swaying around with no meaning . i think to share this dance with your partner says everything about your love for her . like the Filipino's quite stunning

The fast version is the Bayanihan Version. Holy hell. It took me weeks to get the timing right and THEN I had to count on the clappers to get the timing right to the music.

The instructor I had made me stick my leg down and one hand in the clashing poles during the fast count at the end and THEN alternate it.

I couldn't believe I did it. She said of all the students she had, I was the only who could do it.
