I agree with the majority of your top 10 jumps/falls but I have to admit both of Mankind's falls in the 1998 Hell Of The Cell Match would be in my top 10. In the 2nd fall the chair knocked Foley out cold and knocked a tooth out. When he wakes up we see the tooth up his nose unreal. The 1998 match was voted the greatest match of 1998 according to pro wrestling illustrated and rightfully so. Foley is fkin nuts! As is Shane McMahon. I respect Shane McMahon for having the guts to take these falls!
