I guess it's about her and Nightwish. Hovel symbolizes situation in band, dogs uhm... maybe Toumas attacking her? Dress IMO is her solo career, and at end storm... "My Winter Storm", which make her free and stronger than ever.

That's not my opinion about situation in band (I like new Nightwish too), but only interpratation of video ;) .
