you can istead of makeing that merged layer preview and setting it as an overlay make it Grain Merge and it makes it look that same but better i feel. try it out my fellow gimp users

That's odd. After pasting the eye and setting the divide mode, I have ZERO influence on the program. No matter what I edit, brush, or etc, nothing shows up or changes. The square selection lines are still there as well as the circle lining the inner eye. What do I do!?

When I circle the eye with the ellipse selection tool, and then try to layer it or chage its color, it disappears as if I never used it, and the entire picture gets layered or changes color.

i have a problem. when ever i try to change my brush by clicking "brushes" all my brushes are gone. do you know what i should do? ive checked the brush file and their all their but they wont show up when i click brushes :(
