"wihtdrawal of the army" doesn't mean take out the army overnight, don't be such a simplistic naive. what it means is, this miltary nonsense is taking mexico downwards a spiral of dead that is getting worse and worse. The army is not helping, because the army is corrupted and paid by the same narcos.
