  • The reason why I don't dig most Djent bands is the same why I don't like Neo Metal way too girly vocals mixed with sort of growling....they all sound to me like slipknot but with more musicianship, except Animals as Leaders. IMHO

  • @intestinomedicino Check out Meshuggah and vildhjarta.

  • how do you make instrumentals

  • Powerfull.

  • The guy is a great vocalist; amazing actually. It's just that I cant get used to the off key/off tempo style of singing

  • @KeyOfAm its actually on key, they just use weird ass scales in their songs lolol

  • I'm not trying to hate on Periphery or anything...but I really don't like the vocals in the band. However I could listen their instrumentals all day.

  • one of the sickest riff what I`ve heard... djent tu djent du duudn djent tu dudunt dj ta ta djedddd:D

  • @Internetified1 It's pretty textbook? If you're referring to the poses I give my girlfriend before we have sex, than yes, it's pretty textbook. I don't know where you think I would be a poser, especially since you're probably referring to a fraudulent poser. What am I trying to pose as exactly? lol you know nothing about my conscious OR subconscious, and your false generalizations based on text your reading through a computer screen are just laughable. Go waste your time somewhere else man

  • @SnizzFizz ha lol, internetified1 no wonder he knows fuck all, he probably only looks at bullshit on the internet, he acts really smart like. "look at me i read books by sigmund freud and watch movies about him". how intellectual, i wonder if he/she believes that folding your arms means your insecure, or holding your arms facing outwards is a sign that your trustworthy.

a lot of psychology is a huge load of falied, bullshit scientists who have nothing else to talk about.

  • @pm108sstkteom You're a better psychoanalyst than him ;)

  • @SnizzFizz lol! if your going to act like your smart, then call someone a poser because you read a book about them, then your an idiot, if he was really that smart then he wouldn't give a shit.

  • @Internetified1 That movie doesn't describe anything that you were trying to prove regarding Freud or anything else. All you managed to do by even bringing it up was pulling off one of the worst attempts at comparing somebody to something that you find negative with the intent of insulting them.

  • @Internetified1 Shit man I really must have got to you, if you're desperate enough to be trying to make fun of me commenting on 3-3 1/2 year old videos. You call me a poser? What am I trying to pose as exactly, myself? I can't believe there are people as stupid as you around, you make the world take mental steps backward. You said you don't care, yet you've had to get back to me EVERY time I've got back to you, as well as leave comments on all my videos... what a fucking loser you are.

  • @Internetified1 You're Bi-failing

  • @Internetified1 There not in a note, there in a GROUPING of notes, get it right

  • @Internetified1 You cared enough to respond and tell me to fuck off, get your panties out of a bunch

  • @Internetified1 Internetified, that was pretty bad. I wish you were better, i really do

  • The drums are missing tons of stuff :( where are the ghost notes? :( That's the hardest part of the drum intro

  • @SnizzFizz you're thinking of travis orbins version.....those are just regular snare notes (in fact i don't think orbin ghost notes once in his version) they are called ghost because it's almost as if they don't exist, most people never even notice it, or are even capable of hearing it...ghost notes come it at :36 (they're shifted over and eight note) you can hear them clearly at 1:11 it's those soft notes that are playing straight sixteenths.

  • @xxxslayerxxx666 Those are still ghost notes, they are accentuated by the recording to sound louder, but they are ghost notes nonetheless. They are louder in the recording at :36 and 1:11, but all are ghost notes. I've seen this performed live, and it was a lot harder to hear notes in the intro when listening live, because they were ghosted; the snare gain was brought up in the recorded intro to make the notes easier to hear. The parts you mentioned and the intro all sound the same live.

  • @SnizzFizz oh my god shut the fuck up and listen to the song

  • @jlauing Everytime I've commented I listened to the whole song you fucking idiot

  • @SnizzFizz that may be true, but I'm sure you've spent more time analyzing what is wrong than sitting back to enjoy someone's interpretation of a fantastic song.

  • @jlauing So according to you, posting two comments on youtube is considered spending "a lot" of time? lol you're a comedian, huh? I wasn't analyzing anything that's "wrong", I was wondering why I was hearing less than I'm used to even with the vocals removed. I have no clue what you mean by "enjoying someone's interpretation of a fantastic song", considering that this isn't an interpretation of the song, it IS the instrumental version of the actual song.

  • @SnizzFizz Woah! You're right! I guess is IS the song! I didn't notice at all before.

  • @jlauing Yeah dude, anytime a song says "instrumental" in the title, its usually referring to the song without any of the vocals.

  • @SnizzFizz They aren't on the album version, which kinda sucks, they're so fun to play :/

  • @Drummerkid74 this isnt the album version, this is one of the old demos misha recorded of the song back in like 2007, 2008 or something

  • @XXxESPxXX but you can get the regular instrumental album on itunes

  • @darkhero101010 yes but this isnt it...

  • I got a pod tone that sounds like this!

  • @Kevinkoch2443 which one is it? haha help me out

  • Dropped half step?

  • @JadenShelton Its a Demo Version. Was out bloody ages ago. I prefer the tones on this. Compared to the album version

  • @evillazlow do you know if this was recorded with a Pod or Axe-Fx? because is truth, the tone here is fucking killer :D

  • @wallytalivan Its been almost 4 years since i first heard this version so im guessing POD tones. Way before Axe Fx started going around.

  • So sick. I love their singer, but some times it's awesome to just chill to the instrumental versions, thanks for the upload.
