@SnizzFizz you're thinking of travis orbins version.....those are just regular snare notes (in fact i don't think orbin ghost notes once in his version) they are called ghost because it's almost as if they don't exist, most people never even notice it, or are even capable of hearing it...ghost notes come it at :36 (they're shifted over and eight note) you can hear them clearly at 1:11 it's those soft notes that are playing straight sixteenths.

@xxxslayerxxx666 Those are still ghost notes, they are accentuated by the recording to sound louder, but they are ghost notes nonetheless. They are louder in the recording at :36 and 1:11, but all are ghost notes. I've seen this performed live, and it was a lot harder to hear notes in the intro when listening live, because they were ghosted; the snare gain was brought up in the recorded intro to make the notes easier to hear. The parts you mentioned and the intro all sound the same live.
