does the bug prevent its function? i was thinking of getting one now i have doubts.

The ESR Micro v3.1 is working great. This little bug are in not off all ESR Micro v3. All functions are working, but some times the ESR Micro v3.1 wont to power up and you see how this looks in this video. I suggest to bay a ESR-micro v4.0
I have both, but the ESR-micro v4.0 is favorite.
