He is asking for proportional representation system where percentage of votes are converted to the seats in the parliament or assembly.

For ex: if congress gets 20% votes then there will be 109 seats unlike the present system.

Politics needs to change, but unfortunately our politicians will only change when they are threatened for their survival (read their votes) let us hope we don't need a revolution to change it but it rather happens naturally with the maturity of laws, politicians, legislatures, judiciaries and most of all the people.

Very well spoken, true (to the extent of being) audacious. It's sad to see that there are no attempts on videos such as these. And yet we may find that every person has assumptions & conspiracy theories on every political parties victory. A rare speech (and ofcourse it was possible) outside our parliament, it's heartening to see that there are few honest men remaining who seek to implement rather than only create we need more of such people.
